Fairly easy to assemble. I used it for an akebia vine which grows fast, and hummingbird feeders. Eventually it will be sturdier and stronger. Good value for the price-wooden trellises are expensive and will need to be replaced

Not sure why some found this arch difficult to assemble. Just stay faithful to the instructions and you will quickly have yourself a very lightweight arch. If you I tend to use as something more than a decorative feature in an event, this arch will benefit from some form of sandbagging or staking for added stability ... show more

I like the sturdiness of this arch. It took me awhile to put this together but I’m happy with it. I bought it for my wisteria to climb upon.

Put this together in no time. Very lightweight, I was able to carry it across the yard myself to where I wanted it. Legs sink right into the ground, which was a bonus - no anchors, no digging. I had ordered one of these arches and after installing it I realized it was just what I was looking for and ordered 3 more! They are easy to assemble, strong and sturdy and will make perfect trellises for trailing all the vegetables I’m growing in my garden, making good use of dead space between my raised beds. I have covered them with fine mesh bought from Amazon (it’s almost invisible) and will provide the extra support for creepers to find their way up. Absolutely delighted with the product and look forward to them lasting for a few years. Will review next summer to see how they fare through the seasons. I've had mine for several years now and its still doing great. I'm ordering a second one for my goji berries now. It seems really flimsy when you put it together but in the long run its held up just fine. I've been using my first one for a large honey suckle plant.

After buying one of the @$30 trellises and having to return it because the bolt holes were off, I spent more on this one. It is steel versus metal or aluminum. It is significantly sturdier than the cheaper trellis, easier to assemble, uses bolts and nuts rather than bolts into the cross braces, and is precision machined.
