Borrowed one for a 5 day trip to Lake Powell. My son & nephew (age 16) were able to get up on it on the first try. (Previously they have only kneeboarded.) They were both able to get back & forth across the wake easily. My son even went backwards on it & crossed the wake by accident with no problem. My brother-in-law had some trouble getting into the standing position. But he is fairly tall & the water was a bit choppy. We will definitely be buying one for next years boating season. Gives beginners a boost of confidence & many more options than just tubing! ... show more

Everyone can use this, easy to learn to maneuver and you are able to do multiple activities all in 1 towable- knee board, water ski (like), wake board, surf etc. All ages were able to get it and have fun starting with a 4 year old who rode with an older child to have enough weight & provide safety up to age 57. Even had a few of our riders spin 360's! All who tried this board had huge smiles and never went back to other water activities such as skiing. We also bought the rope- you do need it, and the carry bag which is convenient. Many other boaters were trying to figure out what we were using to do so many things with so little equipment. We did submerge it a few times when crashing attempting new tricks, amazing that it came right back up, most of the time with the handle/rope still attached. ... show more

Everyone loves this board. Kids love riding two at a time. Can be used laying, kneeling, standing as a knee board, wake surf board, or like a giant ski. This board is very well made with high quality fiberglass and fins. Just be carefully handling it. It is made of fiberglass like a surfboard so it will get cracks, dings, and delamination if you bang against hard surfaces. ... show more
