    • Smaller Board has 3 screw holes but can only use 2

I order this board in the smaller size. It only had 3 screw holes for the bindings. The photo showed 4 so I was concerned. I reached out to the sellers they told me that's the way the smaller board comes. I then tried to put the binding on using the first hole so the bindings can be a close as possible to help with me not having my legs to far apart for stability. The front screw hole did not line up with anything else. I had to go to the second one which lined up with the 3rd hole. It caused my feel to be to far apart making me unstable. I messaged the company telling them that something is wrong with the screw holes and asking to return it. They stated I can. Then I told them I no longer have the box and I was not planning on ever returning it. They also said that's okay They said to tape the bindings onto the board and make a box. I did not tape them because I did not want to ruin the bindings. I did make a box around it making sure everything was safe and mailed it back. They gave me less then a 50% refund. Never once did I agree to that! When I messaged them they told me sorry about your luck we returned it as a courtesy. If it was a partial refund I should have been told in my prior messages with them! ... show more
