Just what I needed and never knew it existed! This is much easier on my hands than using a spoon or something when cooking ground meats. It works great for me although cleaning all the fins is a little tedious. Meat tends to stick in the crevasses. I usually use a fork or butter knife to clean out the cracks before putting it in the dishwasher. I use it at least twice a week making my dogs’ food. Ground beef, turkey or chicken.

Good choice for separating hamburger meat during the frying process. Meat does tend to stick to it but it's not a major issue.

We had an old one that finally gave out after several years. This is a great replacement. We primarily use it with pans that have a non-stick coating since it won't damage the pan like a steel tool would.

We use this handy tool to break up ground turkey meat, which otherwise sometimes cooks in spaghetti- like pieces. This makes them so much more appealing.
