When I first got this phone I put malewarebytes on it to check for viruses, one virus showed up they asked if I wanted to disable it I disabled it unfortunately I continued to use the phone and now I having problem with it someone taking over the phone is a language that I don't recognize, so I did a factory reset and did the same thing installed Malwarebytes on it and the same virus showed up and I'm trying to get a refund for this phone hopefully that goes through so I can buy a different phone and hopefully that won't show that it has a virus already installed on it. ... show more

I got this phone for my daughter for Christmas. We unwrapped it this morning, and the box was pre-opened. We pulled the phone out and the phone is clearly used, the glass and back lanes are scratched pretty badly. She played with it for a few hours and complained that the touch panels aren’t very responsive, swiping back and forth takes a few seconds to register, the apps take forever to load. She downloaded a couple games apps, and spent two hours to go through a 5-minute tutorial. Will be returning this. ... show more

I am not too proud to admit that I buy cheap phones. I have never had problems with any until this one. It randomly calls other people while I am on a call, once calling my son as a response when my daughter, who I was speaking to, said I'm going to call {NAME OF MY SON}. Was getting this phone for my mom who was going to use it with Ting (T-Mobile network), all the research i did on here and on other websites showed it would work, but I found it did not. looked into the other listed compatible services it could be used on but found none that were compatible.
