We purchase a Z-line freestanding dual fuel range for our kitchen remodel. It hasn't worked properly since we got it. The oven does not heat past 400 on the highest high bake setting even after preheating for over an hour. The bake or convection cannot reach and or maintain a temperature of 350 once food is in there (even if the temperature is set to MAX). The knobs become so hot when the oven is on we can barely touch them. When the food does bake, the back left corner does so in 1/2 the time of the rest of the oven. 2 of the 6 burners consistently will not light. I was sure we received a faulty range and submitted a warranty request online with no response. Then called and spoke to customer service who was supposed to add notes and push my request and never heard back. I have since tried calling Z-LINE several times and always reach a recording directing to the website. I have now entered a 2nd warranty request with no response. Unfortunately, the retailer cannot help with repairs as the range is still under the manufacturer's warranty. I understand that some units have issues and feel like 9 months of patiently waiting and trying for a response is more than enough. To this point, there has been zero attempt at resolution and we are VERY disappointed in this product and company. I would not recommend. ... show more
