I’m a 29 yo female who has had 1-2 bad cystic break outs every month since my teens. Left untreated, and even when I don’t pick, the swelling stretches out my skin and leaves these red road rash like patches on my chin as I heal. And ppl ask me if I fell, etc. and I tel them “no, I just have awful acne”.. These patches are the ONLY thing that puts a dent in them. I get immediate relief and reduction in swelling when I apply. Like others say on here, it does take like 4+ daily applications of patches to get it completely flattened. It does reduce my healing cycle from like 4 weeks to 1-2. And I don’t get that road rash irritation on my skin. The patches are little tricky to apply, and to line up the “darts” just right - but you get used to it. I’m looking forward to trying the new extra strength ones. A little pricy, but WORTH IT. Highly recommend. ... show more

After years of getting a handle on acne deep and surface which was getting to the point where I would spend months inside covered in bandaids bc I worked with homeless children and am prone to staph infection on my face. This and acne patches saved my life! I feel one coming on, put this on and the next day it's come to a head and the acne patches take care of the rest. So for me doesn't make it dissapear but localizes the infection making it easier to tend to and it is much shorter lived and sanitary. In fact I was so excited when my last package came I took it out fast to brag about it to the mailman and it wasn't sealed and flew into the neighbors backyard for their dogs to use. This caused 6 hours of good and bad customer service. The issue was never resolved and it's a bit pricey but worth buying IMHO to have on hand. It's awesome! I've never had such terrible customer service but they are just like you and I and have rules to follow. As frustrating as it is I get it so I'd just warn you to take it out carefully inside and not by the lid. It's practically impossible to get refunded if you don't have the product on hand. For instance if I knew I'd have taken photos of the neighbors yard or been more careful taking out as it would have saved me a lot of grief. They never resolved it so I have to order more on my own dime to replace it but that's cheaper than the hospital. So buy it but handle with Care. Trust me you'll be glad you did and just be careful to open carefully so you don't have to go through the disappointing bureaucracy of trying to get your money back as it is very pricey. Just be warned to take measures to handle with Care so you don't end up in a situation like mine. I love Amazon and their customer service is above par this was a fluke this was the only time this has ever happened to me so I feel compelled to let you all know that this product is fantastic and I'm going to buy more even though they did not resolve my issue I'm just going to be more careful in the future and I suggest you guys do the same because spending hours trying to get money back for something and feeling that you're arguing with customer service it's just not fun you'll break out more LOL so buy it be careful and enjoy your new life and your new skin! This was a real game changer that changed my life to the better! Just be careful that you don't have to deal with customer service cuz this particular product has unusual rules around it from what I understand in the 6 hours I was on the phone with them and they tried to help they're very best :-) so buy it and handle with Care! ... show more

Pros: sheer and blends in easily - can wear it to work so zit is protected from masks/picking highly adhesive, doesn't fly off while im biking effective - if applied at the first sign of a zit, it will zap it right away Cons: ridiculously expensive. 29$ for 8 patches. if you tend to break out in crops (ex. during menses) rather than 1 zit every now and then, you'll use up the whole box within 2-3 days, and even shorter duration if you have a very stubborn zit. wasteful packaging. i bet the $$$$ is all due to that rather than the product itself. remains to be seen if it is worth it because they are comprehensively the best on the market due to how sheer, adhesive and effective they are. the Rael microneedle ones which were cheaper (11$ for 9 patches) weren't as effective and fell off. cosrx patches don't work as well on juicy zits either. will try a few other less expensive patches first before i return to this one (if at all). ... show more

    • They don't stick, and if you have hair even a bit falls right off.

Not much to like, try to put on the side of the neck there is no hair there and it pretty much Falls right off as soon as you turn your neck this is the one dry skin and even using the pads that they Supply and waiting an extra 20 seconds to dry. Secondly if you're a guy and you have even stubble it would not stick, I had to shave around the area and even then it would not stay on they would be slightly hanging off. The center of it is where the medication is at and if it's hanging off it's not actually touching the area that needs to be. The fact that there's only eight of these and they completely fall off and once they fall off they're very light so you can't really find them and you're forced to put more on. I don't know if I got defective stickers but they did not stick to my skin whatsoever and I cannot advise anyone to purchase this especially you're only getting eight plus eight pads that clean the area in advance. If you brush your teeth they will fall off if you're using it near the chin area or neck area. Don't know how they get away with charging this much for a product that doesn't even stick. ... show more
