I’ve resorted to artificial plants this summer. All the care in the world could not stand up to daily temperatures of 100-115 degrees. And no rain, which is highly unusual for the Deep South was brutal. I’ve had lush gardens for 35 years, so I’m not new to this game. I’ve had people ask me for the secret to the flowers in my beds. From a distance they’re lovely. You have to get right over them to see they’re artificial. Pros: no digging holes, potting or top soil, no watering, no feeding, no bugs. And much cheaper than living plants , which in these new temp will die after digging, planting watering, feeding, and pest control. Also, I’m now changing out my flowers for the seasons. Just pull up summer plants and replace with fall colored flowers. Just order enough. 4-6 stems make a nice little brush/bunch. Depends of the flower. Cons: I’ve used a variety of artificial plants in my garden for two years, so far 90 % have held up. Colors still vibrant but the ones with plastic leaves tend to have the leaves dry out and become brittle. I miss my “ living” gardens, but these artificial flowers make my garden pretty and save me money and lower back pain. ;)

I bought these without them having any reviews, so my fault. Not the worst ever or anything. They are vibrant in color, maybe too vibrant because it makes them appear artificial. Was hoping for a more realistic appearance. Not horrible at all though. The manufacturer claimed these were super full/lush. They aren't really. Not super skinny, but not full either. I'm keeping because they are for outdoor area that we usually have to replace these type of things yearly anyway. They are cute though. Just not as great as I wanted them to be. Very fast delivery

I live in an area where high temperatures and highly variable rainfall makes container planting difficult to maintain. There are certainly many pros for planting artificial plants/flowers that stand-up to outdoor weather conditions and UV light especially for container planting. Obviously, the micro conditions such as amount of sunlight, rainfall, runoff, fertilization, etc. aren’t issues with artificial plants. It is nice that they can be moved easily from one location to another. Appearance, for me, is the critical variable. I have some mixed feelings about this offering. They aren’t as lush as I expected, but that can be “solved” through density of putting them closer together. Realism is also a critical variable. From a distance (greater than 10 feet away), they look real. As I move closer to the plants, they begin to take on a more “plastic plant” kind of appearance…not terrible and certainly does not keep me from using them with satisfaction. Delivery for me was next day…nice! Also, I got the package of 24. At the time of my review, that averaged roughly $1 per plant which I think is a very good price for the value received. For me, almost a five star rating, but I wish it had more density. In the area that I am using them, I thought 24 would more than enough, but it will probably take an additional package to get the high density appearance that I desire in the space I am using them…which is about 2.5’ diameter.
