Awesome cymbal but it is a monster for sure. I love the cymbal and use it as a secondary ride to my 20" K ride. This 24" A Medium ride offers many options to any drummer. Definitely demands respect from my band!

Love it. One of the most versatile rides I've had in 56 years of playing. Had one in 1968 too. Excellent balance of stick definition/ping and wash. Neither is dominant or overwhelms the other. Not pingy or loud enough for heavy/loud music. Just right to be very versatile for most though. Does sound a bit "tinny" with nylon tips... Great with wood. ... show more

This cymbal, like the other I've reviewed, has served me well for over ten years and in many playing situations. It has a nice, ever-so-slightly wet ping that works beautifully on Jazz but isn't too wet for Rock, Country, or Fusion. You can crash on it but it can get quite loud when you do--slow decay.
