I’m really happy with this dress! It’s such a cute denim/chambray shirt-dress style and the fit is super flattering without feeling tight or boxy. For reference, I’m 5’6” and 157 lbs, and it hits me at a great length (not too short, but still shows the legs). The fit is spot-on and comfortable, the denim is soft, not too thick or stiff so it's easy to move in. The frayed hem and cuffs give it a trendy but casual country look. It looks adorable with boots (I wore mine with tall boots + socks) and would also be cute with cowgirl boots or cinched at the waist with a thick band belt or a metal chain type of belt. This is a cute thin lightweight denim shirt. A 2X fits OK but not right. I like a little bit of room in my shirt and when I reach in front of me, it’s tight across the back shoulders but it’s going to be lightweight for summer but also I think 45.99 is terribly expensive for this shirt. Ordered 1and was really good, just too big. Exchanged for smaller size and seemed to be just shoved in a bag, not folded. Just wadded up. Very wrinkled. Fits well, nicely made Nice material. Only thing , i know this distressed but this one had more worn white areas. Believe I got on that had previously been exchangethe way was packaged was a mess. I wasn’t sure about this dress, based on the reviews. First of all - the smell is HORRIBLE. I had to wash it a few times to get rid of the formaldehyde smell. It was really, really bad. I don’t love the cuffs, but if you roll them up the Frey isn’t so noticeable and it’s ok. My fiancé hates the dress, and I was going to return it. But with some styling I think it’s cute.
