I ordered these for a vacation trip to Kauai. We will be spending a lot of time in gardens and walking on various terrain. I am glad that the tread had a soft silicone rubber feel. I’m always skeptical about these kind of sandals. Always worried my baby toe will hang out of the holes. Pleasantly surprised that these are so cute, comfy, the inside sole is good, but I did take a spill in my pool landing right on my elbow. I just brushed a d vacuumed the pool, that has Pebblecrete on the bottom to look like sand. The bottoms are very slick at first, I’ve never slipped in it barefoot. The bandicoot is solid, the top fabric is molded right in to the sole, not pressed between 2 separate soles. Cute color, comfy. The only 2 issues I have is the slippery sole and that Velcro in the back. My fear is that it will soon stop sticking, and hang loosely, time will tell. ... show more

I purchased these to wear in The Galápagos Islands. They were easy to get on and off as well as very comfortable. Unfortunately, when they became wet, they turned my feet dark blue. I had a terrible time trying to get it off — my husband said I had become a blue footed boogy.

I've only had these shoes for 2 weeks, but I've loved them since I first put them on. They are very comfortable and supportive, and the anti-skid soles make me feel very confident walking on a variety of surfaces. It almost feels as though they have a negative heel, which his so healthy for your skin. I was a little apprehensive about the strappy styIing, concerned that they would irritate my feet, but they don't! They are very comfortable in that respect. I also like the velcro band in the back of the shoe. It makes putting them on and securing my feet inside easy. I haven't had a chance to hike, long-distance walk, or beach walk in them yet, but I'm really looking forward to it. I plan on buying more of these. ... show more

For those of us with bunions these shoes are comfortable! For me, the openings are in the “perfect” place to avoid any discomfort. I’m very satisfied. Price was appropriate. Going to order another color. As for size, I’m a 8 1/2-9. Ordered a 9.
