Overall, I'm impressed by this kit, with a couple of exceptions. It comes nicely packaged, all the pieces are in bags and ends in foam. It's excellent packaging to prevent damage and both main pieces arrived spotless with no damage. I was expecting lightweight components, but they actually feel very solid and are pretty heavy. Just based on look and feel, they seem like they would last a long time. They are easy to install, no experience needed (no instructions are included) and once you get the old sruff out, it all installed in minutes. It looks great as well, the black matches the Moen matte black we have for the rest of the bath trim really well. There are a couple of downsides though. The screw for the overflow cover is matte black, but the paint in the center of the screw head scraped off on the screwdriver. It's not super noticable, but the center of the screw is now silver. The other issue is that the plug is quite wobbly when open and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it. Both issues are enough to knock a start off, but only just.
