Material is thin, but not see through. However stiff. Would probably need to iron it to have the folds show like the listing's photos (?) Maybe. Texture isnt pleasing, makes me cringe. Dont have the ironing equipment nor the storage for it for this one clothing item. Seems extra hassle to me. Size wise seems true to sode fit nicely. I'm 77 years old and I wore this dress to the Cafe Monarch in Scottsdale, AZ. I got compliments and felt like a million dollars in it. It does need some serious ironing when you take it out of the package and it wrinkles easily, but it's still a great dress.
