This is a very comfy and cute dress. It arrived super wrinkly, so beware if you are in a rush to wear it as soon as it arrives. I got the white one, and you wouldn't be able to wear super dark undergarments underneath without it showing, but it isn't too bad for being a thinner white dress.

Overall, this is a great dress. I ordered it for my graduation and received a lot of compliments! It is lightweight, and the color is very flattering (also the color is identical to the image). It's stretchy, so you don't feel suffocated. I love the square neck and the puff sleeves. I also like the details on the skirt and the top. The only thing I disliked was that the shoulder sleeves kept falling off. If that happens to you, I recommend using 2 safety pins and fastening them on the back. Worked like a charm for me!

The fit was great. It seemed like it would be a comfortable dress. Not too tight in the bust. Good length. Beautiful color. It had a few issues though. The sleeves poofed out differently. It might be hard to tell in the pictures, but the angles were difficult & moving the fabric around did nothing to improve the unevenness. The bottom of the dress was super wrinkled. Partially expected given the fabric, but seemed like it would be an ongoing issue. The smocked top seemed to meet up with the top of the skirt a little oddly too.

This dress is not even close to being worth $50. The material is very thin and wrinkly. I rarely return items on Amazon but this is going back for sure. If you want to take your chances though, because of the roomy arms and stretchy chest area, you could size up or down and be fine. I’d typically order a large for dresses but I got a medium and it fit. I could have probably even gotten a small. I’m 5’7 170lbs. Good luck but this dress seriously sucks
