This dress was so comfortable! I'm 5'6" 120lbs and purchased the small. It fit perfectly and looked more expensive as the quality was good. I got black for a formal occasion. I wore it with a black bra which looked fine but I think next time I will wear it with a strapless bra as the shear sleeves go up to the neck and I do think it would look better not to see the strap. It did feel a bit heavy in the hanger but as another reviewer mentioned it didn't feel heavy on me at all. You could wear it as is or put a cute or colorful or sparkly belt around too depending on the occasion.

Love this dress. Would buy more colors. Fit it great and it’s good quality, does have a lining up top and on the skirt. Sleeves are great length, I am on the tall side and always have an issue with sleeves 5ft 7 inch 146lbs. Great midi length, modest for church. Wore it with a soft belt with gold broch on the belt. Would buy other colors. Very beautiful dress. Flowy and plenty of fabric on the skirt.

This is dress is heavy with all the pleats. It is sheer in the arms but not see through on the chest. I wish it was lighter wearing. It does run a bit big so I would size down. The length is perfect at mid calf. I has a Amish look to it that I wasn’t too fond of.

My mother is a petite 75 years old, 4'11", about 140lbs. The medium fit her body almost perfectly. She has a narrow shoulder width, and a little waist. With the addition of a wide belt the length could be negotiated. The dress was gorgeous. She looked so elegant as an angel for halloween. The layers of the dress lay perfectly on top of a white stretch material. There is no transparency. The plan was for her to wear shimmering white hose until the temp dropped, so she wore top and bottom white thermals underneath the dress instead, but you'd never know. I'm so happy I found this dress for her. She never figitted with the fitment or adjusted it all night. She was completely comfortable in it. PROBABLY the BEST Amazon CLOTHING purchases I've ever made!

At the neckline in the back of the dress, there are two buttons that fasten with a stretchy nylon loop. While trying in the dress, and having my hair in a protective braid, somehow the buttons managed to entangle themselves around some of my hair and would NOT COME OUT. My husband tried, I tried, eventually I had to actually cut my hair out, and I’m extremely upset about it. My hair is long & down past my hips, so it’s surprising that even in a braid, it would entangle. I can’t imagine if my hair was loose, it would have been a nightmare! If you have your hair up away from your neck, or have short hair, this will work for you. If you have hair past your shoulders prepare to have your hair ripped out :(
