I wear a 3X. I ordered a 3X. However, the shirt fitted quite snug. I would suggest to order a bigger size of 4X. At the moment I just lost 18 pounds so I will be continually losing weight for the next eight more months to my targeted weight so I will not be getting a bigger size.
