I have two rental properties and am far from being a handyman. In the past, I would usually pay someone to do 'touch-up' painting after a tenant moved out. However, it usually leads to the vast majority of the apartment being repainted at a fairly significant cost. One of my tenants moved out over the weekend, and I happened to see this product on Amazon yesterday - figured it was worth a shot for the price, but I was skeptical. Well...it arrived today, I tried it out and it works fantastic! The walls in my rental are white, but many of them had black scratches/scuff marks/etc that I would normally ask to have painted over. I sprayed Zepp to the wall and then began wiping it off with a rag---I'd estimate 90% of the marks on the walls were completely removed. Sometimes, you need to scrub a bit harder to get the stains out but the vast majority were eliminated. In addition, there is no after effect of having some type of stain on your wall that makes it obvious you sprayed something/cleaned it. I highly recommend this product. I have only used it for one day and already consider myself a lifetime customer. I'd estimate it saved me ~$200 that I would have paid someone to paint the equivalent of 1.5 rooms of walls. I was shocked at how well this cleaner took dirt off my walls and baseboards! for the price it really can't be beat. Compared to other things I've tried this one takes the cake! there was little to no scrubbing everything just wiped right off. I also had my kitchen sink backup and a huge mess under my sink that sat there for days while I had to wait on a plumber and I used this to clean all the walls and pipes it was a lifesaver! It won't take off deep scuffers like a magic eraser but any type of dirt, splatter or dust will come up instantly. ... show more

I am skeptical with almost all home cleaning products but this does what it says it’ll do. I was nervous to spray on my painted walls, but dirt and grime came off with minimal effort and no damage to the paint. I used to just use a warm rag and that took a lot of elbow grease and did more damage. I will always have this on hand from now on! ... show more

Alrighty so my roommates sweet pup has been struggling with food allergies, resulting in hematomas on his ears. The hematomas make him shake his head, spraying blood everywhere, resulting in a mess reminiscent of a crime scene. While we were still trying to pinpoint said allergy, I didn’t bother to clean up after his splatter painting sessions bc quite frankly it felt redundant, what with the frequency of his artistic expression. Months later and bless his lil heart, we figured out what was irritating his fragile purebred body (like, everything, naturally) so by god it’s finally go-time. TLDR no.1: Dog pulled a jackson pollock with his ear-blood and it’s been sitting on the walls for months untouched. OKAY that brings us to the actual cleaning process. Obviously, magic erasers did great but, if I wasn’t careful, would take the paint with it. Clorox wipes also did a great job but required a fair amount of elbow grease and who can afford that many wipes in this economy. That brings us to this funky lil foam spray. Did it work? Sure. Did I have to let it sit a bit? Yuh. Did I have to actually put effort in and scrub a bit? Also yuh. Tbh the process and result is pretty on par with the clorox wipes and still took some paint off. Also tbh that’s entirely fair considering the target is months old blood and that’s gonna be a b**** to clean regardless of the product used and we’re kinda doomed to have to repaint. TLDR no.2: Yeah it cleaned the blood off the wall but performed basically the same as clorox in terms of necessary scrubbing and paint removal. Overall, it’s aight.
