Can’t beat it for the price. The dimensions are exactly as advertised (L W H) and the quality seems just fine. It’s slightly firmer than I was expecting, but I’d rather that than too soft. I bought it for taking naps in my office and it gets the job done. If you plan on using it for sleeping, I would definitely recommend getting a pillow to help offset the firmer nature of the pad. My only issue with it is the smell - it has a weird rubbery, chemical (almost fishy) smell to it. I washed it down with organic cleaner but that didn’t seem to help. I’m going to try Febreze next. I have recently started physical therapy to delay further back problems. The exercises are ordered for my particular back pain. When doing the exercises at home, I find it very uncomfortable on the floor surface. I've never had a mat before and looked for one with a good deal of cushion which this one offers. The folding of the mat for storage is a plus although I keep it out all the time. I don't think I could have found anything fitting the bill here at the price I paid. I'm well pleased. ... show more

Excellent for stretching. I also use it for sleeping, however, this trifold is much firmer than the trifold matt I borrowed from my son through the summer, so I'm trying to get use to it still.
