I bought these sleeves after severely breaking my humerus bone in my left arm. After having surgery to install a plate and 8 screws, I had a 10 inch surgical scar and a ton of swelling from my shoulder to the tip of my fingers. I started out using ace bandages for compression...but they caused my arm to sweat (especially in the Texas heat) and get itchy, especially where the surgical wound was. These sleeves add the same compression, but wick moisture away, which greatly reduced the itching. My arm is healing nicely, I have kept swelling in check, and most importantly, I am comfortable. A nurse tipped me off on athletic compression sleeves as something to consider, and I would recommend these. The Zensah sleeves are high quality, long (I can pull mine basically from my wrist to armpit), and comfortable. The elastic ends keep them in place all day long. Soft and comfortable with just the right amount of compression. Bought these in hi-vis pink and yellow for visibility on the road. These sleeves are perfect for cutting the chill on cooler days and don’t slip down the arms while running. Highly recommend.

I bought about 8 pair of these. I have tattoos on my arms that need covered up for my job. These do a great job, cover very well almost to my armpit (and I have long arms), have a great quality stitch, hold up tight all day, and even have some work durability to them! They also feel great with your arms near a cold blowing AC or out the window on those hot days! I am a repair man and I have my arms in tight spaces with sharp edges all day and they hold up very well. I tried about 6 different brands before going with these. 6'3" 215lbs with 12" forearms and 15.5" biceps. L/XL fit fine and could probably fit a bigger arm than mine. It is a nice comfortable material. Best for sun protection and a little bit of warmth you can peel off if the temps rise. The media could not be loaded. The sleeves appear well made and the small/ medium fits my arms perfectly without sliding down, but unfortunately, only one sleeve arrived in the pack. I bought these to use at the 2022 Amsterdam Marathon. I've never used arm sleeves before, but I have used Zensah calf sleeves for years, to help prevent calf strains. I decided to try these, since I've read that they help prevent your core from losing heat/energy to heat your arms and legs, which I attribute to my calf strains and perhaps a recent hamstring strain. I'm also wondering if some shoulder tightness, I usually get during long races, were prevented too. Through the race, I felt them keeping my arms warm when it was a cool,wet 55 degrees at the start, and then kept them cool as the sun came out and the temperatures rose. I went for the small size, which was at the border of the 14" circumference I measured my arms at. I am 5' 10" and 155 lbs. They stayed snug through all 26.2 miles, I never had to adjust them and I barely noticed they were there. They also made me look good!! Not saying these helped with my speed, but I did get a 13 minutes personal best from previous marathons!! ... show more

    • These saved my arms from SERIOUS injury!
Bought these arm sleeves 8 months ago and have worn them a few times while running and bicycle riding. Yesterday I wore them while doing a short (haha!) 20 mile training bicycle ride. I put on a tank top and thought "I better put on my arm sleeves so people can see me signaling on the road". It was a warm beautiful day so these weren't for warmth - although they did keep my arms warm at a recent 10k run. Unbeknownst to what was going to happen at mile 12, it was then I realized these sleeves are not just for visibility and warmth. They are for protection! Got caught up in some gravel and took a dive off my bike sliding into a road of gravel and pavement. The sleeve took brunt of the skid and did rip. I have a pretty nice size road rash on my arm now too. I realized as I laid there on the ground that had I not put these sleeves on both my arms I would have been completely ripped up and I would not have been able to continue on my ride ON MY BICYCLE. But rather I'd have had an ambulance ride to the Emergency Room due to gravel and rock embedded in my skin. No matter if you ride a motorized vehicle or a leg-orized one, please wear proper protection! Be safe out there my fellow runners and riders! ... show more

    • They slide down the arm making them useless.

Comfortable fabric, with smooth seams. However the sleeves will not stay up on the arm, while playing tennis they immediately slide to the mid-biceps. This makes them not only useless but also a nuisance.
