I bought these sleeves after severely breaking my humerus bone in my left arm. After having surgery to install a plate and 8 screws, I had a 10 inch surgical scar and a ton of swelling from my shoulder to the tip of my fingers. I started out using ace bandages for compression...but they caused my arm to sweat (especially in the Texas heat) and get itchy, especially where the surgical wound was. These sleeves add the same compression, but wick moisture away, which greatly reduced the itching. My arm is healing nicely, I have kept swelling in check, and most importantly, I am comfortable. A nurse tipped me off on athletic compression sleeves as something to consider, and I would recommend these. The Zensah sleeves are high quality, long (I can pull mine basically from my wrist to armpit), and comfortable. The elastic ends keep them in place all day long. I look forward to wearing them to golf and to run when my arm is fully healed.

Bought these last minute for my son’s Cross Country state meet as the weather took a drastic cold turn. They are fantastic, fit like they should and compressed his arms to help with the cold. Definitely buying more for other cold sports like soccer and football.

6'3" 215lbs with 12" forearms and 15.5" biceps. L/XL fit fine and could probably fit a bigger arm than mine. It is a nice comfortable material. Best for sun protection and a little bit of warmth you can peel off if the temps rise. Neon colors also good for visibilty. 2XU recovery sleeves, which I have, are better for actual compresion properties but spendier.

I bought these to use at the 2022 Amsterdam Marathon. I've never used arm sleeves before, but I have used Zensah calf sleeves for years, to help prevent calf strains. I decided to try these, since I've read that they help prevent your core from losing heat/energy to heat your arms and legs, which I attribute to my calf strains and perhaps a recent hamstring strain. I'm also wondering if some shoulder tightness, I usually get during long races, were prevented too. Through the race, I felt them keeping my arms warm when it was a cool,wet 55 degrees at the start, and then kept them cool as the sun came out and the temperatures rose. I went for the small size, which was at the border of the 14" circumference I measured my arms at. I am 5' 10" and 155 lbs. They stayed snug through all 26.2 miles, I never had to adjust them and I barely noticed they were there. They also made me look good!! Not saying these helped with my speed, but I did get a 13 minutes personal best from previous marathons!!

These are not compression sleeves. These are sun sleeves. I am a small woman, but I use Zensah calf sleeves and the elbow sleeve in Small/Medium and the compression is great. This was basically just putting a wicking sleeve on my arm. So would not recommend for compression. Would be fine if only looking for UV protection.

Comfortable fabric, with smooth seams. However the sleeves will not stay up on the arm, while playing tennis they immediately slide to the mid-biceps. This makes them not only useless but also a nuisance.

...for me anyway, I prefer that the actual compression factor be better. However for sizing, I find and feel that this company gets that part right. It seems to me, that they've taken into consideration that a S/M will fit an average sized person, who in reality is S/M, while at the same time it seems have considered that by LG/XLG means for perhaps weightlifters (exempting 'roid-crazed super-sized arms maybe) eh, perhaps professional athletes who actually have LG/XLG sized arms. The point is just that if you're an average sized person and honest about yourself being just that, then the S/M should fit you just fine. If you've got some good-sized guns (and just not fancy that to be so ) - all things being relative, 'most likely' L/XL will fit you just fine. The problem for me is that I feel the compression could be better, as in my case I'm diagnosed with tendonosis (similar to tendonitis) golfers elbow (inside the elbow), couldn't even hold a coffee cup for awhile there, BUT ANYWAY, as much as I like these I'm still going to have to wear an Ace - Bandage/sleeve over top of these. Between the two, for ME, this is going to work. I like these, but I wish they offered slightly more compression. My needs there are perhaps not typical.
