The Zens 4 in 1 came in a previously opened box. Even though everything was in working order, there was a thick dust coat covering the pad and the accessories. I cleaned everything, and started using it, if something happened to be amiss, returning it would be the next step. Fortunately, it worked. The two USB-A ports are an asset. I have one complaint, though: My iPhone XR, at times, stops charging when over the pad. The only indication of this is the chime coming from the phone, the one that alerts you to the fact that the device has resumed charging. This happens often, but not so much that it becomes an inconvenience. The reason for three star rating, which should have been a four stars one, is the previously opened unit. I'm paying for a new product, is it too much to ask, for the seller to send one? ... show more

I've use this for over a year now and here are my findings. The biggest letdown is that it doesnt have enough power to charge both th iphone and airpod case at the same time. Pros: 1. The main wireless phone charger works even with thick cases like the quadlock ones where there is a bump in the back, just need to line up better 2.Has a wireless charging doc for your watch and headphone. Cons: 1. While wireless charging your phone, the wireless charger for the headphone does not charge. It will continuously blink and the airpod case would just blink like its charging and disconnecting. Only really works if the wireless pad for the iphone is not in use. 2. The apple watch charger is not as advertised. Photos show a sleek dock. However, what you get is a wirelss charging doc with a a usb A cable on the side. ... show more
