We bought two of these as the beginning of upgrading our master bathroom. They are exactly as described, look great, and work wonderfully! I've seen some people talk about the installation being a pain. My husband simplified that by just using 50# picture hangers instead. Just wanted to share that tip! This mirror looks great and is pretty sturdy. It is fairly easy to mount, especially if your slightly handy. The mirror came with an outlet plug attached so it can be plug and play into a wall outlet. You would then control the on/off using the touch screen. I hardwired my mirror to the preexisting above mirror light fixture circuit, so it works off the light switch. The mirror is now controlled by the bathroom light switch. It has a memory of the last setting used and will default back once power is returned. So it goes on every time at the flip of the switch. The mirror is bright enough to softly light up my half bath, but it is not intended as a primary light and would suggest planning on an alternative source of light just in case. ... show more

This mirror is beautiful! I got the biggest size my wall could handle and it makes such a statement. The only thing I don't like is how bright the 3 control lights are at night. I have to put a post-it over it or make sure my bathroom door is closed.

Generally speaking this mirror was well priced, looks good and does the job. Minor annoyances included that the instructions didn't match the installation parts (instructions for using hanging holes, but no holes and metal French cleat included) That the frame does not have a groove for the power cable, so if you don't place it directly over a wall socket you have to chisel a groove in the wall or use cardboard and command strips or something to support the lower part of the frame But all things considered I would still buy the product again ... show more

I bought two of these mirrors and they look nice but that's about the only thing nice about them. Out of the two I bought I got one set of small mounting brackets and just decided to buy a whole new 2 sets of brackets instead. Also the frames of these mirrors did not have any pre drilled holes so I had to drill holes in it myself to mount it. I'm pretty handy so it's not a huge issue but if you can't drill aluminum that is just a half inch away from glass I wouldn't buy this ... show more
