I still gave this a five star rating because of the color, comfort, feel and style. But I would definitely recommend to size down.. I bought two sweaters, one medium, and one small in a different color. The small was just right for me. I am a small size 6 up top and a little bigger around the hips. The description says it is supposed to be an oversized sweater. I get that, but they seem to run large instead of oversized. I had to roll the sleeves up twice in the med. And way too loose in the waist and hips. I guess it depends on what you are looking for, but it was a little too oversized for me. The length looks like it should run right around the hips, but doesn’t cover your bottom, but the medium came down below my butt. Just thought I’d give a good understanding of how they run if you are a smaller person and want a more fitted look. Overall, they are really nice sweaters and very soft. Overall, I am very pleased with my choice and the price is really reasonable if you can get it on sale like I did. I just hope they don’t pill like so many materials do these days. I hope this can help someone who is not sure about a purchase.

This sweater is probably medium weight, and will be uber-soft after it's washed: FYI - A lot of clothing comes with a temporary finish on the fabric, that can make it feel weird (almost like it has plastic in it, or something), so hang in there till you wash it. It's definitely oversized. For reference: I am 5'8" and 205lbs, and the XXL was a little too big for me. I DO have a really fat stomach (UGH), so I may not be able to shut the XL, but that's OK; I plan to just button the top button over more fitted tops. Two-thumbs-up for this sweater. I bought black & blue. FYI - I wish more women would list their weight, height, and size they bought (seriously, nobody will know who you are), so we can pick sizes that real women actually buy and wear, instead of us having to use the size chart that always seems to be off. Me: 5'8", 205lbs, bought size XXL. This size is not too big for me, probably because the sweater size is not listed as "oversized", but is closer to regular size in fit.

I love cardigans, but this one is the best I have purchased in the past few years. It is sized perfectly with room for ease. I purchased two of them, one black and one cherry red. The colors are true and beautiful. Mine are long, they hit around the bum area. They are so pretty and feel wonderful when wearing them. I cannot say enough about these sweaters. I would get a 3rd one but they are running out of colors.

I love this sweater. I got it in a medium which is my size and it is big and even balloons out a bit at the waist but I wanted it that way. It is think and soft. I loved it so much I immediately bought it in black. The buttons don't seem to be sewed on too securely and they seem a bit loose but since I wear it buttoned and rarely unbutton the sweater it's not a concern for me yet.
