    • Amazing quiet robot, great cleaning power!!
Just got this yesterday and it works better than expected. You can let it run and it’s quiet enough it didn’t wake up the toddler. The amount of dust and dirt it picked up that my regular vacuum missed was pretty wild. It’s not perfect on the mopping side but left everything smelling fresh mop clean so I’m over the moon I won’t be picking up a mop anytime soon. The edging setting it makes a wide turn so it will sometimes miss areas but the more I use it and get used to all the features it’s great. With anything, there is a bit of a learning curve to see what works best to optimize the run time. I will also note the battery life was fantastic. Ran for almost a hour and had over half battery life left. Setting up the app took me a few tries but overall simple to use. It comes with a remote that I already misplaced lol, you can control with the remote or the app which is awesome and very simple to use. Wish it had a remote locator but I couldn’t ask for a better cleaning tool. I’m almost always busy so this was a great solution to keep everything clean with very minimal effort. ... show more

    • Great supplemental tool
The media could not be loaded. This thing is a work horse ... worked over 2 hrs and picked up a lot of dust under dressers and beds. Obviously not a replacement to human but surely a great supplemental tool to have! Did pick up a lot of floor dust and hair with multiple women in a1800 Sq foot home. At first experience with this or any robot vacuum, I was impressed and I will say good value -- got it on sale and with easy monthly installments. I do like the simultaneous mopping feature it comes with. I have hard wood floors with area rugs throughout and it did well with slight hiccups around the rugs. Reasons for not rating 5-star -- it is a bit noisy, and has no sense of direction, very random in its navigation, needs assistance in locating its charger pad, and my dog (shihtzu breed) is scared of it lol. Perhaps with app I can control the navigation better. Fyi - Only the first use of this thing and no prior experience with a robot vacuum to compare with. Will update if necessary. ... show more

    • Actually Surprised at its Effectiveness
I have a dog and a cat in an apartment, and the fur builds up fast. I have hesitated on getting a robot vac because I was skeptical that it would actually have the power to suck things up. However, I took a chance because I never keep up with vacuuming. Fortunately, this works great for what I need it for. My floors look surprisingly good. I love that it gets under places that I would otherwise not be able to reach (I.e. fur balls under my bed). I have hardwood floors, and the mopping function gives it a nice shine. If you have tile, or anything less than a completely flat surface, I’m not sure that the mop would work as well. Either way, the mop will at the very least help pick up small dust particles. It does get stuck in some places, but I couldn’t expect better for the price. At least it stops running and beeps so that you know to move it (I wouldn’t want it burning itself out). The charge life seems more than adequate. I haven’t had to turn on the turbo suction function, so I can’t speak to that. Overall, so far it was definitely worth it. ... show more

    • Trash. Quit Mopping 2nd Use
The vacuum is ok but it is always stuck on something. My Shark and Roomba are way better. Mopping is a huge understatement. It sprays a bit of water and then is ran over by a 4 inch piece of cloth. Mine quit spraying the 2nd time I used it. Don't waste your money.

This is an extremely good product at such a good price! It is easy to use and has lots of functions. It is my first time using a robot mop and I will say I am pleased. I use this robot mop on my kitchen floor and it has never looked do clean! It cleaned up my long hair very well. I am also very glad there is a app, it makes the functions super easy and accessible. Along with the app there is a remote, this a good feature for when my phone runs out of charge haha. It came clean and with a full set of instructions.     • Can't connect to bluetooth
The vacuum itself seems to work well. It has two spinner brushes (compared to the Roomba which only has one), and the mopping feature is convenient. It is quiet and seems to pick up pet hair really well. Like all robot vacuums, there is the issue of it getting caught on random items, or tipping into the edges of my slider door jambs and needing to be rescued. I've noticed that one of my rugs is such a low-pile that the vacuum thinks it's the regular floor and will mop it. So my rug ends up soaked if I don't catch it in time. My major issue that may result in a return of the vacuum is that I can't connect the bluetooth feature. You need 2.4 GHz wifi to connect and mine is 5.0. I'm not sure this was disclosed in the product description. I didn't think this would be an issue as I've connected other vacuums in the past to my phone's bluetooth, but this one won't connect at all. Working with Amazon to file a warranty claim was easy, but I'm not really getting anywhere with the seller so far. Vacuum works manually, but I like robot vacuums for the convenience of setting a schedule on the app and having it run daily, whether I'm home or not. Might end up returning this. ... show more

I dislike the mopping the cloth keeps coming off, and the Velcro stopped working the first week. The vacuum part works great do have to clean it out a few times the box is kinda little plus I have pets.

Perfect for ever room went under furniture very rarely did it get stuck batteries life was good Unfortunately had to return because are dog just barked and chased it made him crazy along with me 😜😢
