Just got this yesterday and it works better than expected. You can let it run and it’s quiet enough it didn’t wake up the toddler. The amount of dust and dirt it picked up that my regular vacuum missed was pretty wild. It’s not perfect on the mopping side but left everything smelling fresh mop clean so I’m over the moon I won’t be picking up a mop anytime soon. The edging setting it makes a wide turn so it will sometimes miss areas but the more I use it and get used to all the features it’s great. With anything, there is a bit of a learning curve to see what works best to optimize the run time. I will also note the battery life was fantastic. Ran for almost a hour and had over half battery life left. Setting up the app took me a few tries but overall simple to use. It comes with a remote that I already misplaced lol, you can control with the remote or the app which is awesome and very simple to use. Wish it had a remote locator but I couldn’t ask for a better cleaning tool. I’m almost always busy so this was a great solution to keep everything clean with very minimal effort.

I am surprised how much and how well this thing picks up! I have a dog and my hair is long, and it gets both plus dust! I'm impressed for the cost. My dog hates it, but she's never offered to vacuum before, so she will have to tolerate it. The patterns aren't great...and it doesn't "learn" the layout of the house, so it's very random in its travels. So far I've had to take it within about 10 ft of the dock in order for it to go "home" by itself, otherwise it spins in circles. I have not attempted to connect it to wifi or the app yet. It's low-profile and can go under my TV stand and ottoman/coffee table. The little trap is easy to dump and the filter is washable. It keeps sucking even when it's just about overflowing. It travels quite well and climbs small bumps. It is aggressive enough in its roaming that it climbs on things it can't get down from or will drag things around, so I am sure to clear things like flip flops and cords before sending it to clean. It also hits things fairly hard, so be sure to protect anything that you don't want scuffed. It can get stuck in smaller spaces. It kind of looks like that scene in Austin Powers where he's trying to turn the vehicle around in the hallway. It runs for a good amount of time. I've never actually let it wind all the way down. I send it home before it runs out after about an hour or so, but the battery light always shows green, so I have no doubt it would go another 30 mins or more. It's not super noisy...less so than a traditional vacuum. I do run it while I'm home doing things and watching TV even. I kind of tune it out after awhile. The "mop" part is kind of useless...it just drips water from the tank onto the cloth and it wets things as it moves. There is no "control" to it. It just keeps the cloth wet until it runs out of water. I used it once and haven't since. Overall, I'm happy for the price. It's a no-fuss way for me to have to vacuum less.

This worked fairly well for almost exactly a year. I never used the mopping feature. Then it started shutting down after 5 seconds and the wheels stopped rotating. Tried the troubleshooting and nothing worked. I have emailed the manufacturer twice, and they are not responding. They also said I had to talk directly to the manufacturer to find out about a warranty. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have a dog and a cat in an apartment, and the fur builds up fast. I have hesitated on getting a robot vac because I was skeptical that it would actually have the power to suck things up. However, I took a chance because I never keep up with vacuuming. Fortunately, this works great for what I need it for. My floors look surprisingly good. I love that it gets under places that I would otherwise not be able to reach (I.e. fur balls under my bed). I have hardwood floors, and the mopping function gives it a nice shine. If you have tile, or anything less than a completely flat surface, I’m not sure that the mop would work as well. Either way, the mop will at the very least help pick up small dust particles. It does get stuck in some places, but I couldn’t expect better for the price. At least it stops running and beeps so that you know to move it (I wouldn’t want it burning itself out). The charge life seems more than adequate. I haven’t had to turn on the turbo suction function, so I can’t speak to that. Overall, so far it was definitely worth it.

It gets stuck a lot, and shuts down so you have to be there to get it unstuck and turn it on again. It also has the tendency to get caught up in one room for half of its run time, and then go on to do a lot of the same places over and over again, and not get the whole house before it's power runs down. It's supposed to find its station when it runs down, but it doesn't. You have to bring it close to the station for it to dock. The container for the collection of dirt and debris is very small, and needs to be checked, and emptied often, as the vacuum does do a good job. Don't know about the mop part, as I don't use it.
