I purchased a small for my 9 lbs maltipoo with a 10" neck BUT it was way too large and bulky. I returned and got the XS in the butter yellow and spruce and they are perfect and match his Wild One harnesses and leashes.

Happy dog momma here! My yellow lab has sensitive skin. She easily gets "hot spots" under her collar. I've bought 15+ collars that haven't worked out. FINALLY! This is the one. Durable, waterproof, easy to clean & doesn't irritate her skin! She swims in it, wears around the house, for walks. It is comfy for her, easily turns on her neck to reach D ring without irritating her coat or skin. Smooth rubber feel, but she can't slide her head out of it. The lavender color matched the online photo. Hardware is solid. Accurate fit. Looks really nice 👌 Doesn't absorb smells or dirt. For the price, I'd say 10/10!! ... show more

Good quality materials and perfect fit. Much cheaper than the real ones. Only downside is that the collar came in bent inside the package, and there is a little bit of a dent that I haven’t been able to straighten up.     • LOVE IT- Ordered in MEDIUM- DETAILS Why This One Works!

I love this collar! We adopted a little rescue Jack Russell mixed with something larger and at 5 months old she's 19 pounds with an almost 12 inch neck. She's ACTIVE- we have 12 acres in the Texas hill country- and she loves to run, climb rocks, and play in the water. The thin little snap-on dollar store collar I bought has not held up- in addition, it looks super dirty and is difficult to adjust for size. The reasons I love this collar- 1) OK this is stupid but the color is awesome- I bought it in RED and the color is bright and totally POPS on my little black and white dog 2) The buckle is SOLID and makes sizing it on my dog EASY- I ordered this in MEDIUM and at this point we're using the second to smallest/shortest hole- the very smallest is just a bit too tight. SO I still have three holes left for growth- I doubt we outgrow the medium size 3) Even though there is extra unused length, it doesn't stick out and look crazy- PLUS my very chewy, nippy dog is not able to reach it and chew it up 4) The width is great- any larger would be cumbersome, so I like this "max" width on my dog 5) I used the ring that attaches the airpod/locator thing (which I'll never have/use) to attach my dog's rabies and ID tag- it looks sharp and the ring is sturdy 6) Lastly, I was able to attach my dog's leash to the red plastic ring that holds most of the extra unused collar back- it's thick and sturdy as well. I already ordered an extra collar in the same color because the color is PERFECT and I want to keep an extra one on hand just in case. As far as comfort- my dog has short, wired hair- she seems fine with this on and has not tugged, tried to chew it off or freaked out. Another reviewer mentioned that it was just like a name-brand collar called Wild One, and while I have no idea what those look like, this brand really seems quality- I'm so glad I went with it! It's kind of fun spoiling this little rescue puppy and even though she's so scruffy she looks so SO cute in this red collar that I think will last us a long time! ... show more
