If you are in between sizes, size up. I don't know who said this ran big but i am a Small/Medium comfortably and this dress would barely zip. It is also a shorter length on me, and i am SHORT. The colors are more "spring" than what i was hoping for BUT the dress looks beautiful. The back is totally adjustable, so it can go bigger or small. If you have a bigger chest, there is virtually no support. i am 130lbs, 5'2" and 36B. I bought a small. It FITTSSS but would be comfortable in a medium.
