This towel warmer does everything it is advertised to do. It is big enough to heat two large towels, pajamas and robe all at one time. The unit is small enough to not take up a lot of space in the room. I like the automatic timer that turns off after the set time. Towels come out hot, like right out of the dryer. When turning warmer on, you have to press and hold button for a few seconds. Sometimes it is harder to turn on than other times. But overall, I like my towel warmer so much, I bought one for my daughter and her family also.

I received this from my Fiancée as a Christmas gift and it is wonderful!! It has different times you can set and that’s wonderful for while I’m in the shower. If I set it for 30 minutes but only take a 15 minute shower, when I take out my towel, it is perfectly warm and even if I take over 30 minutes, it’s still stays warm inside for a while. It could get a little bit hotter in my opinion, but I am happy with the warmth it does have. I use it for towels after a shower and blankets before bed! Overall, a great choice. She originally ordered a different brand but it arrived smashed. So she ordered this one instead and it came quickly and in perfect condition with fragile stickers visible on it, which was appreciated as my local post office is a bit rough with packages. We’ve experienced no issues with it whatsoever, and it is very user-friendly.

Bought this for my wife because she hates the cold and getting out of a shower if the outside air is cold. To Like: She loves it. It works as advertised. Can fit two full towels or 1 and bath robe. Timing is accurate and it gets plenty hot on the inside. Very compact and lightweight so easy to store or move between bathrooms. Not To Like: Inside wall is HOT, so careful taking towels out. I've used towel warmers at hotels, spas, etc, and I don't particularly find a use for them. It ambient heat so it wears off quickly. But for somebody that wants something immediately warm out of a shower, it works.

I have been looking for a towel heater for years, but didn't want to pay a crazy amount or have an open metal wall unit. I ordered this in hopes that it would fit my needs. I absolutely love this towel warmer. There are a few minor issues, but the nice, toasty warmth of my towels outweigh the issues. The towels only seem to get nice and warm when I put the timer on an hour. Even if I will be taking them out before the hour. I just turn it off after I take out the towels. There is a slight damp/musty smell on them. I think the heater is circulating water so... my plan is to spray the inside with a spritz of natural oil or something (lavender or citrus) to cut the smell. But, it's not so horrible that I can't use it. The size is pretty reasonable. I can fit two oversized bath towels in it. Although, the bottom one is typically warmer than the top one. My husband was skeptical when I purchased this because he didn't think it was necessary. Of course it's not "necessary"!!! I used to put my towels on the radiator, but it doesn't warm them up as much as this towel warmer does. And, I couldn't put two towels on the radiator. Now that the winter is coming and the house is getting colder... they other day after he got out of the shower, my husband had to admit.... he was happy I purchased this! :)

In all I have gone through three of these towel warmers just to have all of them fail. The first failed after the warranty window expired, but my wife liked this model so much I took a chance and ordered a replacement. the replacement barely warmed to a temperature to heat the towel inside, so I replaced it through Amazon. A year later this unit failed to turn on also. I reached out to the manufacture, and they told me the unit was out of the warranty window, but DID offer me a 20% discount on a replacement from their on-line store... I'll buy a different brand with my money. two out of three worked great when they worked, but I would think for the money it would last a little longer. (Made in China)

We got one of these as a Christmas gift, and was instantly hooked. So hooked I bought this one as a gift for my brother’s birthday! Warms towels quickly so you get out of the shower to be enveloped in warmth. Turn it on, toss in your PJs and bathrobe then a towel for a warm send off after your bedtime shower. Want instant warmth, toss your sweater or hoodie in, great for sweatpants too (or any clothing). Love the adjustable timer of 15-30-45-60 minutes. and its a stylish addition to your bathroom adding a spa like touch! I,ll be gifting more of these!

I've tried all sizes of towels and only putting one or two in, and somehow the bottom NEVER heats up. Which is fine, it's just not perfect. So the rest of my towel(s) are quite warm, which is why I would still repurchase. I just don't think the bottom of the machine is heated. Otherwise, great!! I take quick showers so the minimum timing is 15 minutes but after 7-8 minutes, my towels are already hot! Update: I still use this years later and I’ve learned if you leave the towels in long enough and just plan ahead (the timer option has up to an hour available so I’ve used up to 45mins pretty regularly), my towels heat very evenly. No faults to the machine years later, revisiting to buy one for my mom because I trust the quality of this one. WORTH IT!!!
