I absolutely love my towel/clothes warmer. It is fantastic, especially in the winter time. However, I would say that these could come in a bigger size. Maybe logistically is it not bigger, and that would be understandable. But if you could design these to be bigger, that would be great. I purchase the large, which is the largest size, and it looks like it would be categorized as small or medium. Additional advise would be, that if you are a tall person, have mobility limitations, or have back problems, utilize an extra tall surface to put this on. Wanted to love this. But just had to call it after a few days of trying. Completely dry towels never got really hot. Uneven heating. Took a long time to heat up. I returned.

For the price, I expected it to look a little less cheap. The lid is very much plastic. The wood accents are actually plastic. But great size and warms up our towels, blankets, and sweaters

Overview: This is definitely a great gift choice if you're trying to find a gift for someone who likes to take some time and relax with a hot shower. This Towel warmer will give them the spa like experience. Shipping: 10/10 the unit was shipped in its Carton box and it was packaged well so on arrival it was in perfect condition. Product: 7.5/10 There are some gripes I have with this product. First off the unit was not 100% level so it would teeter back and forth on the floor. It didn't matter where you put it and there was no way to adjust for it. Only solution would be to get some soft foot pads and offset the tilt. Secondly, the Timer isn't the most user intuitive and the interface isn't as well. To turn the unit on you have to long press it, must be a safety feature. You can then set your timer at 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 Minutes which will determine after how many minutes the unit shuts off. However as you move from 45 -> 30 min the indicator light remains on the 45min mark so you don't know if there is 15 or 30 min left on the timer. There is this clicking.... I can't really put my finger on what is causing this maybe the coils or something within the unit but ever so often when the unit is powered on there is this clicking noise as the unit is turning on and off its coils its fairly loud like a faucet dripping water. You'll notice this when you are heating your towels but it becomes non-existent when you are showering. Last and Most importantly the Heating. The Heating function is great when it works, the bucket is able to hold blankets / 2x towels / etc. However, the heating isn't 100% even. The top of the bucket heats a lot faster than the bottom and often times the heat doesn't permeate all the way through the towel or blanket your heating. So you'll run into an issue where one side of the towel is hot and the other is cool or warm at best. Summary: Great gift, wish they fixed some of the issues here but its passable. Would recommend to other Amazon Adventurers looking for a suitable gift in the holidays. ... show more

We’ve owned this about a year. It is about the size of a 5-gallon bucket. It looks nice in the bathroom. We put one large towel in it at a time and it heats up as we shower (15 minutes). The towel comes out warm but not hot and the warmth only lasts long enough to dry off. There’s no way this warms up multiple towels at the same time, nor will it efficiently dry damp items. It just doesn’t get that hot. It has two longer time settings but no timer to start warming far ahead of starting the water running. So if it needs to be on the longest time setting to heat up more than one towel then it makes sense to include a timer that can be set to turn it on in advance, which this doesn’t have. ... show more

I absolutely love this towel warmer. I'm always cold, hate the winter months. I first received a towel warmer (different brand) as a shower gift. It was used constantly and only lasted about a year or so. So then we found this one. Have had it for 3 years now and still going strong. I even use this in the summer months. You can fit up to 2 bath towels at a time. Or use it to warm up a blanket in the winter. I used to put my work clothes in it in the morning and let them warm up while I did my hair and makeup for work. This is also a great gift for someone that you know is hard to buy for (because who wouldn't want this?!) ... show more
