The size is good. Installation/setup: Use gloves and a mask when using this fiber insulation. I also recommend long sleeves. The fiber can be cut to fit with scissors or a razor knife. Final thoughts: I used this to create a wall for my temporary raku kiln. I followed some plans made by an expert in the field. I used hardware cloth which is a wire mesh and attached it with wire and ceramic disks. I made a box of this kind of blanket and some fire brick. There are videos online with suggestions and I recommend going to your local library to find more books and information on these types of kilns. I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This fireproof fiber blanket is made from quality material, and I believe it is fireproof, although I didn’t try to set fire on it. My husband used them on a few pipes going through our heating system. They have the right amount of thickness, and it is easy to cut the blanket and wrap up the pipe. Since they are fireproof, I feel safer to have them protect the pipes.
