This is a gym mat and as such is nicely padded and should cushion most users during mild gymnastic moves. Now, it is not a bed cushion, but I had a problem with feeling the coils and wire supports of my bed. This pad gives you instant relief, turning a bed with pressure points into a firm bed with no pressure points. The 4X6 size is perfect for a full bed, almost as if so designed. Just remember if you choose this for your bed, you no longer are resting on cloth but instead on a plastic firm mat. You will have to use a comforter as intermediary. We bought this for our disabled daughter while she is on the floor. Since its not good for her to be in her wheelchair all day. It's somewhat comfy for sitting on and when not in use it folds up neatly and can be tucked away behind a chair.

Super high-quality exercise mat. Nice and thick with high-quality materials used, of the same quality that they have at our high school for wrestling and gymnastics. Perfect size for our living room in front of the TV where my 18 y/o daughter does her daily aerobics exercise workouts.

They are easy to fold and store, but give more padding than some other mats. I have two and they are easy to join together and cover a lot of for space. I use them under my Aerial silks and feel safe with them beneath me.

I bought these as baby mats for my aerial yoga studio. It is the perfect length & width for our practice and provides the perfect amount of cushion or lower level tricks. 10/10 would recommend.
