I originally bought a 400” and a 200”. I put the 400” up first. When I opened the 200” I noticed that the 400” had a light satin, shiny, sheen gloss look to it and the 200” did not. It was more of a flat color. So I returned the 200" and ordered the 472” so I could have a little extra. The 472” was also a flat color without the satin shine. It was returned and i bought another 400”. It came in today and it had the sheen satin shine to it. Finally! I can finish my accent wall behind the tv. I really don’t know if you can tell the difference once it’s up on the wall but I was afraid half of the wall would somewhat shine! lol. The shiny sheen satin look is very faint and not like a high gloss paint but more of a satin. I read all of the reviews but was somewhat scared I couldn’t put it up by myself. I applied the paper up and down and not sideways. My other walls in the living room have paneling on them so I chose vertical to match. I measured 15 times and cut and then peeled a small section of the back off. I did cut it too long on purpose. I focused on looking at the boards on the paper more than the wall since I have trim to hide any flaws. I rubbed the paper down small sections at a time with a wallpaper kit tool I bought on Amazon. Or you can use your hand or a towel. I stuck it to the wall and had to peel it off and get some wrinkles out. It came off easily and reapplied perfect. The 2nd sheet went on much faster. I used thumbtacks at the top to hold it in place as I was working. Which didn’t really help! The 3rd sheet was much quicker. I put it in place and used 2 thumbtacks on the left side about 2 feet down and same on the right side. That sheet and my 4th sheet went up in probably 2 minutes. I stuck the paper down and pulled it up several times and it was still tacky enough to reapply. I did read that someone had used windex on the wall to help it move around easier but there is no need to use it. Also a couple of the cuts i needed to make didnt have the grid line on the back so i used a straight edge to help cut it. When i was rolling the paper out on the floor to cut it, i tossed it a little too hard and ripped the paper. i placed a piece of clear tape on the front of the paper and used thumbtacks to hold around it while on the wall so i wouldnt rip it more while pulling the backing off. i just used the end of the tack to help get the backing off around the tear. The clear tape is still on the paper and you cant see the tape since it has a sheen shine to it. My wall is paneling and i sprayed degreaser on the wall and wiped it off with a towel. It's been up a week now and still holding fine. I dont know that i would put it in a high traffic area that needed kids dirty finger prints washed off often. It is thin paper but no complaints on its thickness from me. The seams butt up perfectly and you don’t have wasted paper trying to get the pattern to match up with this paper. I hope this review helps others. I would and do plan on buying more wallpaper from this seller. I’m thinking about putting it on an old table and garbage can box that I have in the she shed. Oh yeah… all of the patterns from the different rolls were the same colors and matched up perfectly with the exception of the 400” being a little glossy satin looking!

I bought one role to see how I would like the look of it before doing one whole wall. The print quality is good and looks realistic enough. But the material is VERY thin, so it tears easily and can wrinkle when applying. I found that using a credit card or other device to attach it made it wrinkle WORSE... just use your hands to smooth and peel back the backing as you go. When making a mistake or having a wrinkle, it is easy to peel it away from the wall and reapply. Just use care not to let it touch itself or you'll have to cut it off and toss it. I have a knock-down finish on my walls and so far, it's adhering well. Will order more to finish this project. Plan to use this as a background for video blogging. Overall, a nice product if you take your time when applying. UPDATE: The paper has remained in place on my wall and looks nice. But, on some rolls the backing stuck and tore instead of peeling off easily. Had to use a credit card and peel back the paper to try and remove the stuck backing which was a pain. But overall, happy with the product.

Easy to install and move around as needed if you mess up initial placement. This stuff looks like real wood! I wanted something on our bedroom ceiling that would give charming, cozy, and classy. Used this to resurface my drawing table. It was easy to install, easy to trim to fit, and it gave my table a whole new look. love it. It is easy to wipe off and doesn’t show the stains from my pastel pencils. Will purchase again if I have to resurface in the future no idea how this would work on a wall but for smooth surfaces it was perfect. It’s best to use a flat edge while laying the material down to ensure you get all the bubbles out and that it is smooth and flat

was challenging to put down at first, but like everything, it gets easier as you develop a technique. this is very thick, and extremely sticky and makes for a wonderful smooth surface on a counter I covered. you don't get a lot of chances to peel it off and start over. so go slow. however, when it came in contact with alcohol, like tequila dripped from a bottle, the colors of the 'wood' look faded to white. the paper itself was not harmed- it kept its same touch and strength, didn't tear-but the color faded. would not recommend on a bar. would like to know if there is a way to put a clear cover on it, if such a product exists? if i stick with this...pun intended, i will probably cover with a clear acrylic tabletop to protect.
