I wanted this pair mainly because it came as a kit, but the bag size I received was 33'' for my 21'' snowshoes. It's really annoying because everything just moves around easily and is uncomfortable to carry. Quality of the snowshoes and poles seem pretty good, but only got to take them out on a short trail so far.

These snowshoes are great! They are easy to put on and take off. No sliding straps through anything. Had no issues with them coming lose while snowshoeing and even did a little jog with them on.

Set of snowshoes, 2 poles, and a storage bag. Make sure you choose the "kit" in the above option and not just the snowshoes by themselves. I have a nice pair of Tubbs snowshoes that have lasted me a while, taking me all sorts of places, though they were sadly in storage for the last few years. My wife and I decided to get ourselves out on the snow, a bit of a drive for us, but well worth it. She didn't have a set, and these were perfect. And so they are. Very comfortable and do well supporting my 5'8 relatively fit wife's weight. Keep her above the snow without sinking and without being too big to lower maneuverability. The straps are easy to adjust and I love the large pull strap that tightens, making it handy if you're wearing even the thickest gloves. Movement is good and fluid for the foot, making for getting going without problems even for novices. The poles are pretty lightweight, with a removable tip and highly adjustable, making for a perfect all around set for anyone wanting to get hiking around in deep snow. Very pleased and love how this encourages more and more use.

Let me qualify this review by saying that we just got these and we don't have snow yet, so I'm unable to comment on how these are in use, just based on other snowshoes and predicted use. We will update later in the season. Pros: 1. First, it's a nice set, with everything you need (shoes, poles, case), so it's a great gift or great starting point. 2. The shoes are solid and attractive, with an aluminum frame and very adjustable bindings. 3. The ball of the foot is on an axle, so your foot can pivot. 4. The poles have quite a range of heights. I'm 5'10", and these go way higher than I would use. Cons: 1. The locking mechanism on the poles seems a little fiddly. Hard to make sure they're tightly locked in place (and conversely, that you haven't overtightened, and are in danger of breaking the mechanism). (Note: "Pack of 2"? Confusing. There are, yes, 2 snowshoes here. Not 2 pair.)

New to the sport of snow shoeing I thought I would give these snowshoes a try. I found them easy to put on and once I got used to how they shoes worked well and I was able to walk. Aside from my stumbling because of lack of experience I was able to walk pretty good. Again, me, not the shoes. They didn't come off while walking. It is easy to give these a positive review.

I've either borrowed or rented snowshoes for all of my previous adventures. Decided it was time for my own pair. Read lots of reviews, watched videos and settled on the Yukon Charlie's brand. This Advanced Float kit popped up and were on sale at the time and I thought the hot pink was a fun color that wouldn't get too easily lost in the snow. Took them out this weekend for a 5 mile trek in Lassen Park. Lot of vertical up and down. They were awesome! Super easy binding to get in/out of and adjust. Very comfortable stance for walking. Lots of ice and powder where we were and performed great on both. Slid forward in the binding a little on some significant downhill, but was able to quickly adjust and move on. Poles were sturdy and held their length even when I had to lean on them pretty heavily. Would absolutely recommend!
