OK... I am 5'11", 185lbs and wear size 34 jeans (for reference). I carefully selected the medium size according to the chart (some manufactures I am a large, some medium). These fit absolutely perfectly! I worried that the fly, which is also the contoured pouch, would lose some definition/shape/support with the dual use. It does not, it provided the perfect support. These fit very comfortably as a second skin, not too tight or too loose. Added bonus, they are not that super thin material that some manufactures use, so they actually kept me a bit more comfortable in my cold office. Note that I also purchased the David Archy Boxer briefs of very similar construction. According to thier sizing, I fit perfectly in size large. David Archy cost about 30% more, the material is much thinner and lighter-weight, so much so that they felt like they were not there, and my 'assets' felt like they were going to slip out of the pouch and down my leg. If I wanted it to feel like I wasn't wearing underwear I would have gone commando or at least gone with traditional boxers. My recommendation is that these are a much better product that the David Archy, they look a whole lot better (color pattern, and me when I am wearing them), move much better with my body throughout the day, and the fact that they cost less is cool too! ... show more

No inside leg seams is a big plus. One underwear (Blue), the back of the drawer was shorter than the others. It kept on slipping down during the day. I got rid of it.

These fit great, provide support, easy access, and they're durable. I just don't understand why you can't buy plain white. Update: the 5-pack01(202115) are a different fit than the others. They're much tighter and much less roomy in the junk area

Though I'm not the wearer, I do know the wearer is "born again" when it comes to his underwear. He still has a good selection of boxers, loose shortish legs in a stretchy cotton, some plain cotton. These have a slim fit and don't show under slacks. Plus they have a longer inseam as well as a pouch, which isn't for hiding money. No complaints about bunching, twisting, or riding up. And they come in jazzy colors to boot. (Frankly, I first jokingly bought them because of the colors.) ... show more

The product material is very soft and flexible. I can't explain how great it is having vented inner thighs. Ride up was almost eliminated. However, only 2 out of the 4 boxers fit. The ones that did fit weren't the same fit. I'd likely buy more if the prices was lower even with the fitment issue. Only because a name brand alternative is $30+ each. ... show more

    • Great Idea But Terrible Execution

I wanted to so bad to like these, but save you money and move on. There were some preference issue like leg length was too short. But there are some major things. 1. The sewn seams are really think and significantly rub delicate areas leading to irritation and chaffing if running or hiking. 2. The material was ripping and tearing from the seams after 1 or 2 wears. 3. Some of the underwear are not the same material as other pairs within the same bag. It is really strange. I really like the idea of the ball pouch and in that way attempts to improve comfort. But the construction and quality doesn’t achieve the goal. Big waste of money. $40 for underwear and one would think they would be quality. ... show more

About two years ago I discovered pouch underwear like Sheath, Saxx, etc. Sheath is my favorite brand for work, where I'm on my feet all day, but not for when I'm sitting around more. I wanted to find something that would keep all the parts separated from my thighs on days where I was at home, driving around, etc. Saxx, Bnth, and brands of similar design didn't work for me, and I would come out of the pouch and it would be like regular boxer shorts. So, I tried these. They work great! The pouch keeps my junk from sticking to my thighs, and ate very comfortable in all respects.
