Hi. I purchased the dark blue version of this writing mat/desk protector and I am quite pleased with its usefulness and how it looks. I purchased the smallest version and, as you can see in the photos I’ve attached, it’s proven to be a practical size for my desktop workspace. The mat has a texturized, cloth like, underside that effectively prevents it from sliding on the smooth desktop as I type or use the mouse. And, speaking of the mouse … I am able to use my Apple mouse on it without any problems at all. There is ample space to the right of my keyboard for me to use the mouse without any changes or compromises for space. It’s a layout that works well and I’m happy to say good-bye to my separate, stand alone, mousepad. The mat I received arrived rolled up in a rectangular box (see attached photos) and had a significant curl on its release. The good news is that this is easy to fix. I lay the mat, face down, on my desk and then placed a single layer of hardcover books on top of it, entirely covering its surface. I left it this way overnight and in the morning the curl had almost disappeared. For good measure, I repeated this process the next night and, the following morning the mat was perfectly flat and ready for use. The takeaway: This writing mat / desk protector is a good looking and useful addition to a home office workspace. It eliminates the need for a separate mousepad and provides a welcome “pop” of color that is a simple visual pleasure on its own.

This desk pad exceeded my expectations. The material feels smooth and durable, and it gives my workspace a much more organized and elegant look. I chose the Pale Mauve color, and it looks just as beautiful as in the pictures—soft, modern, and a perfect accent for my office setup. One of the things I like the most is that it’s waterproof and very easy to clean. I often place my coffee or water on the desk, and if there are any spills, they wipe right off without leaving stains. The non-slip design also keeps everything in place, so my keyboard and mouse don’t slide around. This leather desk pad protector is review worthy. It has the textured top. The other side is a felt-type of material that keeps the mouse pad in place. What I really like is the quality compared to the price point. It's a good quality mouse pad at a great price. Also, there are many color options to choose. It does not have a plastic type of odor as some products. I ordered a large desk protector style and it keeps the keyboard and the mouse in place. It is not sticky and it is light weight yet durable. Also, the company gives a warranty with the product. I ordered for my business office. Also, I am a Vine reviewer on my personal Amazon account with 1000+ reviews and this is a quality product.

This desk protector/office mat is great for the price. The mat measurements are spot on. I love the color and feel of it. It's soft to the touch. It has a leather texture, but is not leather. The bottom has a soft material to protect the desk from scratches. It stays in place and does not move around. It's lightweight and dents/creases easy if kept folded for long periods of time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Picked this up because my old desk was starting to show scratches and I wanted something that looked clean without spending a ton. This leather desk mat totally did the trick. ➕ Right off the bat: It laid flat straight out of the box — no annoying curls or creases. The material feels soft but durable, and it gives my workspace a nice professional vibe without being too formal. I went with the dark brown and it actually looks more expensive than it was. ➕ Functionality: Mouse glides like a dream, and it’s wide enough to fit my keyboard, mouse, and a notepad. It’s also helped cut down noise when typing. Super easy to wipe clean — a huge plus if you’re a coffee-at-your-desk kind of person (guilty). ➕ Bonus touch: It came with a little strap for rolling it up if I ever want to move it or store it. Nice detail. ⚠️ Tiny heads-up: There was a slight “new” smell at first, but it faded within a day or so. Nothing major. ⸻ Final Take: For the price, this mat totally upgraded my desk without any effort. Clean look, functional, and surprisingly premium-feeling.
