So far, this arrived in good condition, was not damaged or broken like other comments say. That being said, I am a little leery that this is waterproof to where it can be outside, but we will see. The app of course is not made for English speakers and takes a little to get used to. Might try the desktop version, which seems to be a little more intuitive. Hoping that this will work for my application to let people know about my led light show.

The product itself works and all the colors show up fine for us, no dead bulbs. Mounting isn't easy but workable. I love the size of this thing, 40 x 8 is pretty nice to hang over a doorframe. I don't love the software. This is the second or third variation of this kind of signage that I've tried and usually I end up not using the product in the end because of software. The software is ok, but this is for an event room so the signage needs to be changed frequently which means the software has to be used. I'll keep using it for now, but I think this is a better product for someone who won't need to change what the sign says as frequently.

After 8 months of owning two of these, the Wi-Fi signal quit working on the one, I messaged them, they told me how to reset the system with full instructions, i do that and that didn’t solve the issues, so they sent me a replacement sign, with better software and programming capabilities! I would give them 10 stars If I could, highly recommended! Will buy more when needed!

The item is great, works well, looks fantastic but is so hard to install. I literally had 15 hours into the set-up with 89 advertisers and some misc wording. It still did not end up the way we wanted but it worked. They really need some English instructions that are much more in depth. I ended up downloading the software from another website that offered these for sale. They had a great download option (for laptop, cell phone was easy) and I made it work.
