I loved this watch for the short time it worked. It was easy to use and very effective, it was just what I wanted for a decent price. It said it was the highest waterproof level there is which was ip68? But it definitely is not. I didn’t do anything more than just wash my hands with it on and within three days the screen was blueish black. It still takes info if I wear it and vibrates and basically functions perfectly except the display is just blank. It still lights up when it should but it’s just a blueish black color. Anyway, I’d say if you are not gunna get it wet, great watch, get it for sure! But if it is gonna get wet, well maybe don’t get it. Having not worn any kind of watch in more than 10 years I didn’t want to spend the money for the name brand one so many have that would sync with my phone brand, but I did want to see if I’d like wearing a fitness tracker. Turns out, I do. I like the step tracker, blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen level (although I don’t know how it gets that and if it’s right). I like being able to monitor texts and calls (although I can’t answer or talk, I can dismiss calls). I do not like that if I’m holding on to the treadmill or the shopping cart, or the stroller, it does not record the steps because it does not have a true gps component. I wish it had a “fall” detector, emergency contact component. It doesn’t automatically sync to changing time zones. I have to go into the ap. I suspect it will be the same when the US switches between standard and daylight savings time. Also, I needed to get a tracker/band that would fit a small wrist. This works. I wish there were more accessory options. That is, I would buy fun bands, and I would have an extra or two charging cords. (My beau has a different brand fitness tracker and although the charging cords are similar, the magnetic contacts are a different distance and so I can’t use it as backup.) But definitely worth the price I paid, especially since it was a prime days’ purchase. ... show more

    • Not bad so far but could use a few improvements
It is automatically tracking steps, I have to figure out how to make it automatically track my oxygen, heart rate, etc. You instruction booklet is great for the initial setup, but if I didn't find the answer about how to review my workouts, I never would have guessed that I had to click on the "little person" on my phone app to see the history. I'm having a bit of a problem swiping to the next screen, but it's workable. I'd love to have the one clock face that has all of the information plus weather, etc., but it's just too small with my readers. I've had it for a day. So I've had it for over a week. The touch screen can be annoying. DO NOT rely on the BP readings. Use an actual monitor. I tested it after having a stressful day. It told me my systolic was 117 when I could feel it wasn't. Used my monitor and the BP read 146/80 ... show more

Purchased on Jan. 13th 2023 and started getting irritation up under the sensor area in June. I first thought maybe I got some lotion or something under it but hadn't done anything different. I only clean with my eye glass cleaner or plain water. It would start itching , then burning. I took it off and there was a complete round circle that was raw and irritated. Then it would scab over. I would leave it off for a week or so when it healed. Cleaned it good and put it back on. A few weeks later the same thing again. Customer service provided me with company contact number but it just rings and hangs up. It's still under warranty. Possible battery leak. ??? It's clearly not the band. Anyone else with this issue?? Otherwise I love it but can't wear it. :'( ... show more

    • No wifi, iPhone needs to be in the same room
There's no wifi on this thing it only pairs with bluetooth, so if you want to monitor the watch from your phone while in the next room... you can't. I was hoping to monitor a loved one's vitals using this watch, and it kinda sorta worked, but once then I wanted to do it from upstairs, or remotely, and it was out of bluetooth range and disconnected, with no wifi. Accuracy was funny. Sometimes it was dead on but it typically ran hot by a bit and you learned to offset it. If the oxygen levels said 96, there meters showed they were more likely 91 or 92. Close enough. The blood pressure was a lot more accurate than expected given there is no squeezing. The watch quality is great for the price, and the user experience is above what you would expect for the price. The screen quality stood out as good. The app was a little more confusing to get set up initially, to find what you need, like say if you want to monitor a few things like I did, and didn't care about counting steps. It felt a little limited, and like you would need a bare one watch that looks higher end than it is. Another issue is it wouldn't always give you nonstop readings, it would take a while to give initial readings, and it never felt reliable even when it was. I would have returned this. I've bought lots of watches but this is overall the best! I would have given it a five, but I found the watch band way to big for my wrist. It's way to navigate, pair & I I've the reminders. You won't be disappointed & it holds up in water!

This is a cheap little thing we purchased for my mother-in-law to track blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen levels. She doesn’t have a smart phone so we don’t use any of the extra features. It does a horrible job of tracking and/or reporting her sleep. Most of the 9 times out of 10 it says no sleep recorded. But for basic health monitoring it seems accurate. ... show more
