• Usage Tip 1: Before using the product, you can drop lubricating oil above the retaining ring, fill it up in a circle, wait for it to seep in, then rotate the clutch. If there is no obstruction during rotation, there is no need to disassemble it. (The oil dripping position can be seen in the picture below)
• Usage Tip 2: When this product is first installed and started to operate, it needs to be run-in 3 to 5 times to avoid the problem of insufficient contact area of the internal parts of the clutch due to insufficient speed, which may cause slippage and smoke due to friction. The specific measurement steps are as follows: First, run the engine no-load until the clutch is engaged for the first time, hold for 10 seconds, and then turn off the engine to cool down. Second, gradually increase the load three times, from 0 to full speed, with a 2-minute interval for cooling each time. If there are no issues with the appeal process, it can be used normally.

There's an internal bronze bushing behind the snap ring that requires lubrication and it's up to you to put it there each time.It's a good idea to oil the chain at the same time. If the chain gets kinky from lack of oil it should be replaced before it damages the clutch sprocket. A new chain is cheaper than a new clutch.❤️Note:The Centrifugal Clutch 3/4" needs to be oiled before use.Before ordering please check your crankshaft size.Don't put oil inside the clutch holes
