I bought this because our Nugget fort needed a door and it has been perfect! My daughter is currently obsessed with Frozen so I use this to create a life size castle for her :) She’s 3 and loves it! Her older sister (11 years old) will join in and also fits through the door. It is more thin than the nugget, which would make it more wobbly if you’re trying to set it up by itself in the middle of the room, however, we always use it with the Nugget which keeps it sturdy. This was my 3 year old’s big Christmas gift and I’m SO glad we got it! We’ve built countless different forts, slides, “somersault ramps”, and towers for big energy play (a life saver during all of this cold snowy weather) and he has also had so much creative play from ice cream shops to a kitchen to ski ball. Endless possibilities of fun (and dare I say better than the nugget). I haven’t washed the cover yet but I’m glad it is machine washable. We got this for our 20 month old for Christmas and we love it! It can be arranged in so many different ways for different types of play. The cushions are comfy but firm enough to create a stable play surface or arrange in different shapes. It seems like the covers will be easy to take off and wash although I haven’t yet tried either - each cushion cover fully unzips around the edge and seems like it will be easy to remove the cushions for cleaning and replace them when done. ... show more

I was not expecting this couch to be so big! It's firm and easy to build with and seems high quality. However I have 2 cons. 1. The pieces are very heavy. Even me as a 23 year old woman have trouble lifting it and moving it from room to room so my 4 year old boy ask me for help with building because it's hard to pick up. 2. It is super firm. Which is great for building but not great for laying on. I tried to lay on it while watching TV and it was rock solid and soooo uncomfortable. It was as solid as sleeping on the floor. I still gave it four stars because my 4 year old and my 7 month old love it and it definitely doesn't seem like it's going to fall apart. I'd say it's worth it when it's on sale but maybe not worth the full $200. ... show more

I noticed the name brand has slightly denser foam. This foam took about a day to inflate fully, and you have to make sure the fabric is smoothed out well for a good inflation. Despite that, this play couch is just as good in every way, and the price is great. The fabric is comparable to the nugget's double brushed microsuede. Though the color choices are limited, I would buy this over the name brand if I had to choose again. Things that are definitely better than the nugget: the added pocket on the side of the large cushion is great for storing small items. Additionally, I like that when we're ready to put these away, the handles are the same fabric and blend into the cushion so there's no weird eyesore of a handle to hide. It's more aesthetically pleasing and purposefully designed in comparison. ... show more

I ordered this brand on prime day when there was a significant sale. Only one color I wanted was available so I only bought one. It came in a large brown box, opened it and the inside package had the Sam's club Member's Mark sticker on it. Thought it was odd but whatever. I saw another review that mentioned the same sticker. Opened it, things are fine. I wanted another couch but the price went back up. Thought I'd buy the second color from Sam's and it came in the same big brown box with the same Sam's Members Mark sticker on it. They're literally selling Sam's club couches for a much higher price. That said, I am happy with the quality. As other reviews have said, the triangle pillows didn't fluff up quickly as the other shapes, but I just unzipped the cover and kind of pulled the pillow up where it needed to go. All the pillows and cushions fluffed up without problem. One of the couches did have a very strong smell for a week or so but it went away. My kids love them and they build forts and are getting some good play time in them. ... show more
