So excited to get these products and try them on my two boys.. the products smell amazing. The only issue so far is that the cap on the oil wasn’t twisted shut all the way which caused it to leak and also the pumps on the conditioner is broken off.

I was and am very excited to use this product on my son's hair. However, when the package just arrived, I noticed that the product had leaked on all the bottles. The oil bottle wasn't sealed properly. After wiping and checking the other bottles, I was disappointed to discover that both, the bottle of conditioner and the bottle of shampoo were missing the sealing cap. The bottles don't seem to be filled up to were they're supposed to be filled up to. Again, I have not used this product yet. My review is only based on the delivery experience which was very poor. I am giving 1 star, hoping to get the management's attention and to get either a refund or a new delivery for the bottles which were not sealed and leaked in the package.

Just received my order and the oil cap was off and oil had spilled on everything including the box and paper. Not sure how full the bottle was but it's now down to where the label starts at the top of the bottle. Opened the Leave in conditioner to find the seal was broken as well. Again not sure how full it was but it doesn't appear to have leaked out.

I have been searching high and low for this line because it’s not sold in Alaska and was so happy that they extended their line to Amazon from Shark Tank and being in Target so I ordered the whole line. I received it and the hair oil spilled over all of the other bottles. You better believe I wiped everything off and will use what is there. I did take the chance with all the other reviews saying the bottle was busted. There was no bubble wrap in the packaging, just use caution when ordering. The product however, works wonders for my son’s hair and he loves it!

I purchased this as a gift. The packaging is faulty. There was leakage of product from multiple of the items in this bundle. It smells very good and I am hoping the products are good. But for the price, I think the manufacturers need to put the items in a more stable box or container so it does not leak all over the place. I had to wash each bottle with soap and water in order to be able to give it to the recipient. I hope they improve on the packaging as it seems like a good hair care line for boys.

I bought this as a gift to my sister for my nephews hair. he is mixed and I have heard amazing things from this line ! the only thing I am sad about is when it came in the oil top was not all the way on and half of it spilled out:( it happens but it does suck, we are still really excited to try it out on his hair!
