The first time I ordered this product it was great, the second time it felt lighter, thinner, weaker and looked slightly different as well. It would link up a lot easier and didn’t feel as smooth on the skin! The photo shows the left as the new one that is not nearly as well made as the right one. Unfortunately it took me a while to realize it wasn’t the same and used some of it so not able for return. I would love to order again if I knew I was gett the chain I got the first time. UPDATE: I did exchange this item and received the correct one after that and ordered another and was correct. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chain! It is thick with a high polish and will make beautiful bracelet and necklace sets. Be aware that you need a heavy duty tool to cut this chain.

I try extremely hard to break it to test its durability because I use this for my small business. This chain is EXTREMELY durable! Has not tarnished at all!
