My daughter loves it and we do too. It is great and it eases her into a real shower eventually. However, a friend bought it from my registry and it stop working within 3 months of use. I contacted their customer service and they said they can only replace if I have the receipt, which I dont, since it was a gift from my Amazon registry. Anyways, if you buy it, you should be fine. When it comes to performance it is good but it seems like it was retured.... it has some black dots where batteries go. I hope it lasts but I have to wait and see.

Used a coin to open compartment to insert four AA batteries. Filled basin with cold water, put elephant in to correct depth. He flopped over. I easily pushed buttons to start spray. Gentle full spray came. I sprayed my face to wake the tired face up. It worked. Very refreshing. Needs suction grips to attach to basin or edge of tub. I don’t like it banging around. It’s cute. It works so great! I use to to rinse of baby, wash his hair, warm him up in the tub when he gets cool, and as he gets older I think he will love playing with it. It is so cute and works great!

We have used this every bath since we brought our baby home. Just make sure it’s always upright when using, if it lays down it won’t spray and takes a while to get the water running through it again.

What a great product for babies and kids who need help washing their hair. My 5 year old loves using it herself but doesn't like the noise it makes. It's not loud but more of a humming/vibrating sound. The product works and makes bath time easier so it is a win for me!
