Edit Mar 16- I was able to process a refund/return for my original product and took a chance and ordered another one. I put it in the sink to test it and had the EXACT SAME problem—the stream was just pitiful. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how I was so unlucky to have the same problem twice in a row. Come to find out, if the battery cap isn’t tightened all the way (which was hard for me to do for some reason) then the stream is weak or nonexistent. I feel so stupid, and I’m wondering if the original one was the same way. Despite the major user error on my part, I can’t give this product a full five stars. Idiots like me apparently need “troubleshoot” instructions to address simple problems like this one to prevent unnecessary returns. Now that it works, I’m excited to put it to use. Just don’t make the same mistake I did!! Original review- I was so excited to start using this as I bought one for a coworker and she loved it! I went to use it for the first time tonight, and it doesn’t work. I ordered this before my son was born, and the return window ended about a week ago. Guess I’m just out the money. I absolutely love this and so do my kids! It’s so easy and fun to easy and works so well! Our shower doesn’t have a detachable shower head so we tried this out over using a cup that was just hard to control and the kids hated. I will say I do use a separate tub of water for it so that it’s always drawing clean water and also as a “just in case” precaution though so far we’ve had 0 issues! I will say it doesn’t work super great for thick/long hair as the pressure isn’t super high but it still gets the job done well with a smidge (running hands through the hair to work through the thickness) of assistance! Works great. I place my baby in a bath with soapy water and have clean warm water with the elephant next to the baby bath, that way once the little man is all nice a soapy clean I can use the spray to wash off the soap. Since the water is already 'made' I don't have to worry about the temperature as I already checked it and not turning on the faucet again. The elephant also gives a nice light pressure spray so I don't have to worry about the force of the water on the baby. I am sure it will be fun for him to play with when he's older as well and using bathtime as a play time ... show more

As a new parent, I was looking for a way to make bath time more enjoyable for both my daughter and myself. We needed something gentle for her. That's why I decided to try the Yookidoo Baby Bath Shower Head. This shower head has been a great help during bath time, providing a gentle light sprinkle that makes it easier to rinse my baby and keep her clean. One of the things I appreciate about the Yookidoo Baby Bath Shower Head is that it is easy to use and helps make bath time more efficient and less scary for our daughter. The shower head is lightweight and provides just the right amount of water pressure for my baby's delicate skin. I have found that this shower head does have one drawback, though. If the base is not properly dried after each use, water may seep inside the base along with the batteries, which could be a problem. This requires me to make sure the shower head is dry after every bath, which can be a hassle. Despite this drawback, I would still advise other parents to buy the Yookidoo Baby Bath Shower Head. The shower head is a great bathtime tool because it gives off a gentle mist that makes it simpler to clean my baby. this is literally amazing. i was iffy on buying it because the batteries and it’s supposed to be a water thing but i don’t know much ab that anyways. i have an almost 7 month old baby girl who is ON. THE. GOOOO. it doesn’t matter where she’s at, high chair, tummy time, bath tub, she’s a wigglin and a movin so bath time in her chair started getting super difficult but nowwww she may still wiggle but she gets so distracted by the little elephant and the shower head part it’s amazing. she loves it when it splashes out on her and loves being under it. rinsing her hair??? When i got the product out of the box, the product itself looked used with dirt on it. It sometimes sticks and doesn’t spray water but if you hit it a few times , it works. besides that it is great for bath time!

I was hoping this would be a viable option for both our newborn and our toddler. The spray isn't strong enough to remove soap from our toddlers longer hair, but works well for our bald newborn.

Love this for my baby. He likes to be kept warm and this helps. Note it only stays on if you push the button down the whole time. Also the tube itself isn’t very long, just keep that in mind.
