I loved the depth of the shelves. The depth actually allowed me to put twice as many books on one shelf. I needed some organization in a small space and these bookshelves held all my stuff. I bought this for my cookbooks ! Very sturdy !! Love the way it looks . Can hold heavy type items no problem. Very rugged . Easy to put together . The wood shelving beautiful and durable!! Very impressed it's not hugh but it was what I needed. I live in a small place. Great value for the money!

Metal and wood bookshelf. The dimensions are true to size. If you have a small space but require a shelf that can hold a decent amount of stuff, this bookshelf is perfect. The bookshelf is also pretty sturdy. It took about 30 minutes to put together which seemed like too much time for such a small bookshelf. Also had a bit of difficulty screwing some of the wood shelves tightly because the pre drilled holes in the shelves may have been too deep. Be careful not to over tighten the screws in the shelves because you run the risk of splintering the shelf ... show more

This was so easy to put together. I layed everything out and took all the packing material off and then I started a timer. Alone, I put it together in 42 minutes. I think it’s gorgeous and very sturdy! There are some good screw making it very stable, from my point of view. It’s the perfect size for where I need it, but I did measure beforehand.
