Just got this costume for my 8 year old son whose regular size is 14-16 boys. He is about 52 inches tall. This costume is like size 10-12 boys. It’s not that elastic, very tight, more for a skinny boy. My son bent over and it teared in the lower back. The finger part is very small not for a 10-11 year boy hand. The foot space seems small as my 8 year old wears shoe size 5 and it was precise. My 10 year old wears size 7 for comparison. The costume is colorful and fun but the sizing runs small. Suit is great quality my son loves these, and he has multiple. However the zippers are terrible after a few times wearing them the zippers don’t zip and unzip without a fight. If they could change the zippers they use I’d say 5 stars.
