These run small! I’m an XSTall or STall, and for these to not hug my hips and thighs tightly I sized up to a medium tall. However, they still fit my small waist really well! And at first I was skeptical about the fabric because it’s more of a very stretchy legging material, BUT it still appears like normal scrub material (it doesn’t look like you are wearing leggings which is awesome!). I’m 5’8, about 130 lb, 25 inch waist with wider hips and thicker thighs. In the matching shirt I got a small (normally I’m an extra small, but I’m kind of tired of scrubs being tight so as a 34C the small has a little extra room!).

These are my favorite scrub pants!

These are comfortable. They sit perfectly not too high or low. And the waist stays in place. I don’t find myself hiking these up all day like some other scrubs I have. Plenty of pockets and deep pockets. These scrubs move with me which is important for my job. This is my first choice in my drawer and I need to buy more. I only have the black pair but I love them.

Product seems to be decent quality and comfortable. I am 5’7 and about 160 lbs. I got a large tall and they fit pretty good. Length was perfect before washing & drying but after washing and drying, the length is fine but any shorter would be too short; ideally would prefer about half an inch longer. If you’re debating between long and regular, go with long and size up. I am not even that tall and regular length usually works for me.
