I needed these for a wedding since I was wearing a backless dress. I was worried that these would fall off from sweat after dancing for a while, but they did not budge! I could hardly feel these on and they stayed put on the hot dance floor all day and night. I really like that you can stick each cup on first and then buckle them in the middle after, which gives the “girls” a push-up bra look. When I took them off it was a little tough because the sticky part was on very well so it kind off pulls on your skin when taking them off! They honestly were find the size I got but I just wanted a little more push and not just strapless coverage.
