Great customer service! (Shoes broken after 2.5 weeks)

Update: changing my review to 3 stars. Adding 2 stars for customer service who was prompt in issuing a full refund for the shoes. (3 days from initial 1-star review to refund being processed). However knocking off a couple stars due to shoe quality. Note that the lights on these shoes will likely stop working soon after your kid uses them. But if they still enjoy the non-lit features, then you will be happy with the shoes. Original rating: My son, age 7, loved these shoes for the first 2.5 weeks (birthday present). He has gotten tons of compliments on them and it is cool that they can charge overnight using mini USB. He absolutely loved them! He wore them for two weeks before the on/off clicker broke and fell off. He wasn't even being rough with it. It just fell off. Currently they are broken because the on/off switch broke and became disconnected. We are 4 days out of the return window which is unfortunate. We would like to replace the broken electronic component so he can continue using the shoes. Is there anything you can do to help? ... show more

I recently purchased the Ylllu Kids LED USB Charging Skate Shoes for my daughter, and overall, we are quite pleased! Right out of the box, the first thing that caught our attention was the vibrant LED lights that really make these shoes stand out. They come in a variety of colors, and my daughter loves switching them up to match her outfits. The USB charging feature is a game-changer. It's convenient and eco-friendly, eliminating the need for constant battery replacements. A quick charge keeps the lights glowing for several hours, making them perfect for long playdates or evening outings. From a comfort standpoint, these shoes have a decent amount of cushioning, providing good support for her little feet as she skates around. They are lightweight, which helps her maneuver easily. However, I would recommend trying them on for size since the fit can run a bit snug. One minor drawback we've encountered is the outsole's grip. While it's generally fine for smooth surfaces, it can be a bit slippery on wet pavement, which is something to keep in mind. My Daughter loves these shoes, very easy to change out the wheel to the flat shoe. They are comfortable and a very attractive and good quality shoe/skate shoe. Very versatile.

My child loved it recommended. I got it for her birthday and she wanted to play with it right away perfect size and it was not that heavy pretty hard to take off the wheel that you could take off and like put it like as a shoe but overall five stars.

Quality of shoes is poor!
This was a birthday gift for my 9-yr old daughter. We got it in red. It fits true to size. The good: my daughter loves it, she enjoys using it, the color is vibrant, it’s beautiful with the different colored lights. Took her a only a few hours to learn how to ise it. The bad: she first used this on a Wednesday afternoon after school and by Friday, the velcro strap on one shoe fell apart and some of the rubber on the sole of the right shoe came off. For a $40 shoe, I expected a better quality shoes for this price range. She only used it for a few hours after she came home from school. The only reason why I am not returning it is because she loves it and she enjoys using it. Please consider the quality of your product. Customers deserve better quality! ... show more

We bought these for our daughter’s 12th birthday. She had been asking for a pair for years. They light up awesomely and wheels are easy to put on and use. They seemed like they’d be great for her and sturdy. They didn’t last even a month though. I ordered them 3/29, gave them to her on 4/18, she wore them for a couple weeks and then a couple days ago when she walked by me I saw her shoes were separated from the sole. She didn’t know how to tell me that her new shoes were already broken and from nothing that she did. It’s now too late to return or exchange them. These should have lasted longer than 3 weeks :/ Shes so upset… ... show more
