I have a lot of mixed emotions about this product. I’ve seen some five star reviews, and was confused. Unless others did get a good product....I was left scratching my head. On the other hand, I believe the low ratings on these as my chairs arrived extremely defective. :((( The legs would not align with each other, we received no instructions, and the chairs ended up wobbling too much. We didn’t want more headaches so we kept the original legs; we ended up having to use a hammer to help align the legs. Hope that helps someone :/ Sure the price is great...packaging was awesome..delivery on time..but the product itself was not good. The quality (of the seat itself) seems alright, and the chairs do look somewhat sturdy...but I’m not sure if they’ll last. The price and quality of the seat are nice..however, the way the rest of the parts (like the legs are made) are the real problem. You get what you pay for. These are good if you’re on a budget, but be ready to bet on a 50/50 with what you will receive. Customer service seems good; I just hope they improve the way they make these chairs. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I can’t. I also won’t discourage anyone from buying these; they are nice..just a headache.⚠️⚠️⚠️ *I did receive a paper inside that says they will give you some sort of refund if you give them a 5 star review*..so I’m wondering if that’s where all the 5 stars are coming from?? 🤷🏻♀️⚠️⚠️⚠️ *Update* - I wanted to make a small update on the chairs. After a couple of months in…the chairs have become wobbly; the cushion has sunk, and the screws are felt on your bottom. 😣 Almost makes me afraid the screws will eventually push through the padding - YIKES! I’m most definitely sure the positive reviews are receiving the refund it talks about on the paper the chairs come with…please reconsider buying these chairs as they are not good. I did have to take a star away because my chairs are already messed up. :(( Unless you just want chairs for decor look elsewhere.

Hello Amazon fellow shoppers, so here is my honest review on these chairs. The chairs did arrive quickly and the assembly was not terribly hard. Putting them together started to become difficult when the screws weren’t long enough to screw in the chair to properly hold it together. After about a couple of weeks of sitting on them the screws started to fall out (I am only 125 lbs and my kids are 6 & 7) in my opinion the screws should not start to loosen when all we do is sit in them to eat. I absolutely love the navy blue color but these chairs are not durable. I will be returning these for something more sturdy. Nice chairs for decor but not everyday use.

I ordered two sets of the dark green, 8 in total. The first 4 arrived last week. It took me just a little under two hours to put them together with no issues. Beautiful, sturdy, and a total bargain. Today the other 4 arrived. So different!! None of the holes on the bottom of the backing fit the legs. I am currently waiting for a response from a manufacturer. We have an 8-person table and only half of the table has chairs right now. I am extremely disappointed but I'm hopeful that they will resolve the issue in a timely manner. I have to note that all eight chairs are the exact same on top, however the legs are a bit different. Nothing to notably different, same color and same style however I can tell they're from somewhere different. Super bummed half of my order is unusable. I will update this review as I have one.

I ordered this because of all the positive reviews, and was upset when the chairs came and one of the frames was bent, the screws did not line up with the holes, and there was dirt inside the package? Super bizarre. We ended up getting them together- some do not have cross bar-screws because we just couldn't get them to line up. Overall I'm pretty disappointed and would recommend spending a bit more to get something better quality and more sturdy. The only plus is they come with plenty of extra screws in case these fall apart- which I'm sure they inevitably will.

First, the delivery time was a few days so that was great. Out of the box things were wrapped and looked protected. Also, the legs are actually metal to look like wood. This was a pleasant surprise to me. Take out the seats. Unwrap one set of legs, and layout the hardware package. You can use the allen wrench they provide, but a drill with allen bit would be faster. You're going to find you may be short a washer here and there, but by the end of assembling all four chairs you'll have extra bolts and washers. Put the legs together in the slots. Turn them upside down to attach the X stabilization piece with the four holes. Ok, this took me a minute to figure out, hand screw ( short screws) two of them across from each other. Now you're saying the other two holes don't line up. Move the actual leg frame until the leg holes line up the the X holes and hand screw them in. Now tighten down all four screws. Turn the chair seats upside down. Two of the holes are drilled wider apart than the other two. You'll see it if you look. Make sure you get the washers on first, then slide them through the leg frame holes and hand screw into seat. Repeat this 3 more times. Then use your tool and tighten them all down. Done! First chair down. Do this 3 more times and you're all set. Chairs are great and comfortable for me and my three guests. Felt sturdy. For $165, I feel like a got a great deal and if I have to replace them it's not like I spent a ton of money!
