This is a very bright colorful set. The coloring is absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is since it was so inexpensive.

When I looked at this bed in a bag set online, it looked much less bright, and the paisley pattern didn't look as large and busy as it does in person. That's just my opinion; I don't like bedspreads or comforters this bright or with such a busy pattern. There's no background on this comforter, it's paisley everywhere. If you love paisley, though, this is the comforter for you. This comes with a set of sheets which are also made of microfiber polyester and have an 1800 thread count. The sheets are really nicer than the comforter, and the price for the entire set would be a reasonable price for these sheets. They're very soft, silky, and everything in the set is machine washable, cold water, gentle cycle. I'm not sure you could fit a king size comforter in your washer at home, though. I expected the comforter to be puffy and thick, but it isn't. It's sewn in a U-shaped pattern that keeps the filling where it belongs, just like baffle box stitching. The colors of the comforter are too loud and gaudy for me. This is a nice bed in a bag set, which comes with the comforter, two printed pillowcases, a fitted sheet, two embroidered pillowcases, and a flat sheet. The seller suggests letting the comforter hang up outside when you first get it to let it fluff up, and it did fluff up, just not to the degree I had expected. I was disappointed in the comforter but love the sheet set that comes with it. You can't expect everything in a bed in a bag set to be top quality at this price, and I didn't, but the colors in this paisley comforter are very bright. The comforter looks cheap. The sheets are much nicer than the comforter and much more well made. I'll put this in our guest room, and it will look fine in there and be comfortable and cozy for guests. The sheets are really the best part of this bed in a bag set and will also work very well in the guest room. If you order this bed in a bag set, be sure to look at the comforter fabrics and patterns carefully before ordering. The paisley is much too bright, too loud, and too busy for me, and the comforter's fabric looks cheap. I should've ordered the blue tie-dye pattern, but for some reason I didn't. I'll live and learn and enjoy the sheets.
