I'm so pleased with this product! It's made well! Easy assembly and application. I only needed directions to find the sensor to get the phone out. I personally suction to my window. It also has a clip for vent. And if your car allows im sure it can go on a dash. I no longer have to worry about my phone falling off the magnetic or the wire getting caught every time im placing it up to magnetic. Also good notes to make: the 2 end pieces that close to hold phone in are at a low height so it doesn't touch your side buttons Also I have a note and I have tried I phone and wide phones in the port and they fit and charge. Edit: this item fell apart after a few months.. 1 year later I bought it again and it kept falling down . I am really pleased with this charging mount! The provided vent clip is sturdy and grips tightly. The suction mount is strong and the arm is stable. Most impressive to me is the phone holder/charger. The motor is extremely quiet and grips the phone tightly. Unlike many of these mounts, it holds my iPhone XS even without removing it from the Otterbox case. It is thoughtfully designed to allow access to the Lightning port in the bottom of the phone—a must for use with Apple CarPlay. The wireless charging works well, even with the phone in the case.     • Great charger with a few things that could be better.

I've had this charger for a few years now and can give a long term review. It works well when the temperature is cool and led so when it's warm. And when I mean warm I'm talking middle of the summer when it's hard to keep the car cool while driving. So this isn't really a fault. The one downfall I've found lately is there is no adjustment for the length of the phone. I've changed phones and now that I have an S24 ultra, it doesn't line up to charge any more If it could be adjusted I'd still be happy but I have to look for a new one.     • Charger works great, arm gave out quickly

Updating this after 8 months: the pin giving out at 4 weeks was irritating, but after 7 months it developed a new problem, the automatic arms open and close randomly at times, and if you don't catch it right when the arms start to open, the phone falls out. This is beyond irritating; I'm going to have to replace the charger entirely, since the phone falling out while I'm driving is completely unacceptable. I won't buy another of this brand. The wireless charging works great, and I do like the hands-free open and close action. The sticky pad is still holding on to my dashboard just fine, too, despite a couple of months in hot Texas sun. The negative is that the pin and nut at the main elbow gave out about 4 weeks after I set this up. After two weeks it was coming loose regularly, so that I was having to tighten it virtually every day. Three more weeks and it simply won't hold the arm at an angle. The suction cup is still attached, but the arm rests against the edge of the dashboard. Because of the shape of my dashboard this is still workable, but it's not in the position I want, and it wouldn't work in other vehicles. I won't buy this one again, unfortunately. The wireless part works great, so I'd like to get more of these, but the failing arm is a no-go. ... show more

    • Be careful
I’m bought this thinking it looks cool and for the price how could something go wrong because this one’s price is a bit more than a lot of the cheaper ones. My first complaint is the fact that you get a sticker not a suction cup. I’ve noticed a lot of companies are going this route. That’s fine if your sticker actually works. Put it on my dash. Let it sit for house with my car in the garage to make sure the sun wasn’t beating down on it. As soon as I put my car into drive the thing came flying down and almost broke my windshield wiper nob. I had to stick it to my windshield. I don’t like doing this because it blocks my vision and then you have the cord dangling down in the way. I’ve had this product for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed that I have to tighten the ring that holds the phone in place every couple of days. The weight from my phone brings the holder down at an angle making it hard to see your gps on your phone while driving. I mean I do have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and they are much heavier than they should be, but this holder should be able to hold that weight since they advertise for that phone. The auto clamp for the phone is pretty cool. It’s annoying though that you can’t get your phone out unless the car is on. I’ve had to start my car back up so many times just to get my phone out. It’s not fun when your in a rush. The charging has some to be desired. Here’s an example for you. My phone will be at 50%. I drive an hour where I’m going only using google maps on my phone nothing else. By the time I get to my destination an hour later my phone will be at 55% at the very most. One USB port in my car won’t even support the charge. I know it’s not my USB port because I will use it for my iPhone with an iPhone cable and it will charge my phone fast. So it’s a problem with this product or the products cable. Overall it’s worth a lot less than what you’ll pay for it. ... show more
